Once again I was up earlier than everyone else. I'd already done my meditation, finding that meditating was the best way to start the day. Now I had decided to get a head start on my powers, though I knew this could possibly be dangerous as I had no idea what I was doing.
I concentrated mostly on my energy and fire balls, since I had no problems with my fire element thanks to the fact that it was linked to my witch side as well as my demon half, so I'd been able to use it even when I shied away from my demonic power. I kept my hands held next to each other, creating a cupping motion while I stared at my hands, feeling energy rise within me straight away. I imagined a fire ball appearing in my hand, as small as a pea before gradually growing until it became the size of my hands, and gasped in delight when this happened. I stayed focused, willing the fire ball to grow in energy and power, to make itself strong enough so that if it was thrown at an enemy it would go straight through them, killing them instantly. I grinned when I felt the power that it contained.
"Lila" Darien called and I vaguely felt him rush through into my chambers but I ignored him, instead focusing on my fire ball, watching it grow with each second until finally I couldn't spread my hands wide enough to hold it.
My hands dropped to my sides as I gazed at the ball I had created. It was wider than about five of me standing side by side, and I wasn't exactly the skinniest person alive, and it was about the same height as me. I grinned to myself as I heard Darien gasp, which was echoed by a few others. I blinked, causing my concentration to evaporate and the ball shrunk in on itself before I heard a poof as it disappeared. I sighed, and turned to my doorway.
Darien was joined by Josey, Silus and the other two older demons, all of whom were staring at me in fascination.
"Wow Lila, that was some ball" Josey said and we smiled at each other.
"I know, but it took a lot of concentration" I shrugged and Darien looked at me thoughtfully.
"How many times have you done that?" he asked and I shrugged at him.
"Consciously that was the first, but I can make those sized balls when I'm overcome by anger" I said and Silus frowned.
"Do you mean you concentrated to do that?" he asked and I nodded dumbly before grinning as I realised what he meant.
"I didn't feel any anger if that's what you meant" I replied and Silus nodded, looking impressed.
"Well our lessons with you should be interesting My Lady" the younger out of the three demons said. I believe his name was Asher, which once again I thought was a strange name for a demon. I smiled at him before realising that I was standing here in a scruffy baby blue shirt and grey sweatpants that I'd worn to bed last night. In fact these clothes belonged to Chris. I'd felt an urge to be surrounded by his energy last night, and surprisingly I'd slept really well. I hadn't woken up once, which I'd been happy about because since leaving the Manor I hadn't slept through an entire night, until last night. I felt energised and ready to take whatever today dished out.
"You can leave now. I need to get Lila ready for today's events" Josey instructed and the other demons bowed to me before they left. We grinned at each other before Josey walked over to my closet and pulled out a collection of clothes.
I sat down on the chair in front of my dressing table and she eyed me warily.
"I see you are wearing Chris' clothes" she stated and I looked at her, shock plain on my face. She smiled hesitantly at me.
"I could tell because even though they look great on you, they smell like a guy, and worse a Halliwell" she said and I frowned. She giggled.
"I had a feeling you wouldn't be wearing Wyatt's clothes, or Leo's for that matter" we both giggled.
