The Fish (T is for thoughtful)

The deep dark depth of the ocean strong

That's where the deep-sea fish belong

Bream and Soul, Black fish too

They're all there ready and waiting for you

Rocks as sharp they snag your line

Waves as tough as a diamond mine

Fisherman came and endured this all

For such reward as the fish so small

You're ready to risk your life and limb

To feed the nearby town with bream

Is it a profession or is it a dream

To see the sun and face the wind

It doesn't seem to make any sense at all

For such rewards as the fish so small

But it's your life's trade

I wonder if you're really brave

Sitting there quietly on the rocks of a

Nearby point at lands' end

I suppose this is the end to all your life's dreams

Yet it seems to me

You're not really on this earth with me

But sit and fish all your life

You see it don't cause any strife

YET !!!
