Chapter 7
I wake up in a train. "What am I doing here?" I ask. "What happened to me?" I say as I rub my head. Why does it hurt so badly?
"We couldn't risk you telling the gang where we were going to we had to bring you with us." say Johnny.
"Dally had to knock you out so you wouldn't put up a fight because we know you wouldn't have any trouble with it." says Ponyboy.
"Really?! So the best solution is knocking me out cold?!" I ask, "I wanted to make sure you guys were ok. I was really worried. Darry and Soda were about to burst when I ran out after you guys."
"Well... they won't be seeing us for a while." say Johnny.
"Wait...What do you mean?" I ask.
"We gotta jump." Johnny says to Ponyboy.
"Jump? What do you mean?" I ask. "I'm not jumping off a train! Wait... you never answered me. Why am I in train?"
"Let's push her." Johnny says.
"WHAT?!" I yell. I get up and put myself in a corner of the train so they can't throw me out. They walk towards me, pick me up, run towards the edge of the boxcar and jump out of the MOVING TRAIN while holding me.
