Lovesick

Chapter 13. The wedding.

In two weeks we had everything taken care of. 

I was standing in my prep room in my corsset thing and my underwear. I was getting ready to get my hair done. I slipped on my bride robe and my hair and makeup team came in. It took them a few hours to get my hair makeup and nails done. When they were finished I looked beyond beautiful. It was just jaw dropping. 

I didn't look like the same girl. I looked stunning. I slipped on my dress and Jules came into the room. 

"Julian what are you doing in here?" 

"I needed to talk to you." 

"The best man can't see the bride. He could be working for the groom!" 

"Can we have a minuet alone?" 

"Sure." Everyone left except for me and Jules. 

He stared at me. I was getting self conscious. 

"What? Do I look bad? Oh my god is there something wrong with my dress?" I said rushing to the mirror. He chuckled. 

"Andy you look perfect. You look like an angel." 

I smiled and blushed. "Thanks Jules." 

"Andy I have to tell you everything. I can't keep this a secret. I'm the shittiest best man on earth but I can't let you marry him. I can't let you make the biggest mistake of your life." 

"What do you mean Jules?" 

"Jakes been cheating on you. He made me swear not to tell you. I don't care if he kicks my ass. I just can't let you do this." 

"You're lying. I know you are." 

"I was afraid you would say that. So I brought the girl with me." He opened the door and one of the cheerleaders from Jakes team walked in. "Tell her what you know Tiffany." 

"Jake and I have always been each others.. Special friends. I knew you guys were together but I just didn't feel like stopping it. Trust me I wasn't the one to initiate our friendship again. But after you left he showed up on my door step. And every night other than the nights he was with you were spent with me. Even though he's been here we sext. I can even show you the messages. I'm a bad person I know but hey Jules is right. You deserve better." She said walking over and handing me her phone. I read through texts from last night and every other night. 

"This can't be happening! On my wedding day! Are you kidding me!?" 

Tiffany walked out of the room and shut the door. 

"Why Jules. Why did you have to wait to tell me this for today. Why!?" 

"Because I didn't have the guts to tell you before.." 

"You have had plenty of days to tell me! You wait for my wedding day!?" 

I opened the door and almost ran down the hall to Jakes room. I flung open the door and he was standing infront of a mirror. He turned around and covered his eyes. 

"I can't see you in your wedding dress! Thats like 7 years of bad luck!" 

"You know what bad luck is?! Thinking that you actually loved me! Bad luck is getting pregnant by you! Bad luck is finding out ON MY WEDDING DAY THAT MY FIANCE HAS BEEN CHEATING ON ME THE ENTIRE TIME!" I screamed the last part at him. 

"You don't know what you're saying!" 

"Of course I do! Tiffany told me and SHOWED me everything! We are done. I don't ever want to see you again. Never. Don't call me. Don't text me. Don't write me. Don't visit. Leave me the hell alone Jake. I can't do this anymore. I can't be with you ever again. Never." I threw the ring at him and ran down the hall. I ran outside and looked for a cab. Everyone entering the church was staring at me. I bet I was a sight to see. My make up running down my face. My perfect wedding dress. The perfect shoes and hair. 

I saw paps taking pictures. I ran back inside and looked for my brothers. I saw Ren he was talking to a bunch of my players. He looked over and saw me and had a curious look on his face. I walked inbetween the guys and into his arms. 

"I need you to take me home after I do something." I walked to the alter and stood infront of all of our guests well 3/4ths of them. 

"If I could have everyones attention." Everyone looked to me. 

"The wedding is off. I just found out that the entire relationship Jake has been cheating on me so understand why I am a runaway bride. Enjoy the reception. Thank you all for wasting your time and money. You can blame my ex fiance. Who I am sure would be more than happy to reinburse you." I said and then dropped the mic and left. Ren had my truck waiting and I got inside. 

He drove me to my house and I went in and I walked up to my room. He was going back to get my stuff and our brothers. 

I took my dress off and walked to the shower. When I was clean I put my hair up and put on some sweats and called for a plane ticket. I threw my dress and shoes into the closet and I waited for Ren to get home. When he got home I gave everyone hugs grabbed my purse and got in a cab and went to the airport. 

When I got there I was waiting to board the plane. Then it was a movie moment. I heard my name and turned around and I saw Julian. 

He was running to me still in his tux. He was the guy I should have been with. 

"Andy wait! I need to tell you for the second time that I LOVE YOU! I always have I always will! No one could ever love you as much as me. I don't want to watch you leave again. I can't imagine my life without you any longer." He said walking up to me. I was fully aware of people filming this. I mean who wouldn't one of the biggest NFL stars and one of the first Female football coaches? This is something to film. 

"I just dumped my fiance. On my wedding day." 

"So you're single. And I love you." 

"You and I both know that the rumors would start." 

"They are just rumors. You and I know the truth. You and I know that good for nothing man cheated on you. You and I know that you deserve better. You and I know that we belong together." 

"Jules" 

"Be quiet and listen. I love you. Give me the chance to show you how you should be treated." 

"Jules I don't know.."

"Oh for christ sake Miss Clare just kiss him already!" Some guy said and people started chanting kiss kiss. 

"People I can't kiss him. I just left my fiance on my wedding day!" 

"Who cares about that ass!" Someone else yelled. Jules was smiling at me. He brushed a peice of my hair behind my ear and then leaned down and kissed me. The kiss was like slow lava. It was like melting chocolate. Sweet hot and slow.

Okay really who saw that coming? Seriously did anyone see Jake cheating on Andy coming? I've come up with Team names! Team Jandy. Team Julrea. And Team Coldre. Give me some Love! Until Next Update! :) P.S Andy's wedding dress will be to the side :)
