When we got back to my house we walked in and they gave us all high fives. My brothers stopped fan girling about Jake. It took them a couple days. The first day that they were here, they took pictures and got signatures. It was ridiculous. I had told them to stop and Ren's reaction was to say that you never knew when me and Jake would break up. 

I guess he's right. But I don't want to break up with Jake. I really care about him. He's become a huge part of my life. We have a week till we leave to play another team. And coach wants me to train a few more guys. Tomorrow we begin. 

We had spaghetti tonight and I dropped my family off at the airport. When I got back home I was relaxing in my bed with Jake. 

"So do you really want me to move in?" 

"Yes. Of course.. I mean if you think we're ready for that step in our relationship." 

"Okay.. Then why don't you move into my house. We can sell this one. And you can live in my mansion with me. It'll be perfect." 

"Sounds perfect to me." 

My phone started ringing. I got up and answered it. It was my manager. 

"Andy my dear! I have heard a lot of coaches being interested in you! So I wanted to let you know that this week there are going to be guys watching your practices. They're sorta going to be like scouts. A few teams important teams have to let a coach go and they are looking at you. This is an amazing opportunity for you. So make sure you do your absolute best. I'll be there as well. We'll stay out of site as best we can. Each day a new recruiter will be there." 

"You can't have people from other teams watching our practices. It's not allowed. Not only is it not allowed by coach I won't allow it. Even if they are interested in me they can't come to our practices. That's information for them. If they're interested in me they can figure something else out. I won't allow people from other teams near mine. I'm going back to sleep goodnight. End of discussion." 

Then I hung up. Jake was looking at me weird. 

"What?" 

"What was all of that about?" 

"It was Ray. He wanted me to let a couple of guys watch me play to tell the coaches and owners of other teams if I'm enough to be one of their coaches. So I told him no way is any person from another team coming over to our practices." 

"So... you might be leaving us?" 

"I don't think so. But if I get an amazing offer.. I mean it's my dream job Jake." 

"So you would rather have your dream job over me?" 

"That's not what I said!" 

"That's what I heard. I'm leaving." 

He got up and started leaving. I followed him. 

"Jake don't leave! I didn't say I was going to!" 

"You said you might. That's enough for me. Now go back inside." 

"Jake come on get back in here!" 

"Leave me alone right now Andy." 

He got in his car and slammed the door and left. I was standing outside in one of his shirts. And of course there were paps out here. I went back inside and locked the door. I walked into my room and went to sleep. When I got up I showered and put on some work out pants and a top. I put my hair up and I grabbed my keys and purse and left. I listened to sad music the entire way to work.
