I scrunched up my face. Immediately remembering the asshole that was standing before me. He stepped back still not getting why my face changed, as I stood back away from him grabbing my purse.
I want nothing to do with him. I rather just finish my night off doing what I intended on doing in the first place. I turned away from him and started off towards Reema.
"Wait," Clarence shouted over the music as he grabbed my wrist. "What's wrong?"
I rolled my eyes snatching them away from him, "I don't want to be around an asshole."
Now it was his turn to scrunch his face up, but in confusion. I roll my eyes and scoff, waving him off. "How am I an asshole? We just met."
"Newsflash, we didn't." I flail my arm in front his face, and he leaned back to grab it.
"Wait, we fucked?" He raised an eyebrow, almost trying to keep from smirking. "If we did, I assure you I didn't mean to leave you hanging."
I stomped my foot and pushed him , once he threw his head back in a tiny laugh. " That's what it must be." He added, before wiping a fake tear before looking back at me.
" Not even in your dreams." I spat, eyeing him.
He smirked before getting closer to me, "I don't have dreams. I make dreams come true." He whispered and I gasped.
He chuckled and I pushed him back, "Just stay away. This would be our last time speaking or seeing each other so it don't even really matter." I huffed.
He slit his eyes, "I really don't get your problem with me, if we didn't have any sexual intercourse. I turned you down or some?"
I seen him ease his eyes over my body, gazing over it whilst licking his lips, amongst mumbling to himself. I immediately felt my legs cling together tightly and he laughed as he noticed my body tense up.
" Stop staring at me. No you didn't turn me down, I wouldn't even let you get as close of thinking you had a chance with me." I sassed.
Taken aback, he held his hands up. " Alright, alright. Cool ya shits."
I rolled my eyes , tapping my foot as I unlocked my phone since my nerves was obviously getting bad. I couldn't leave because Reema was my ride. I could call an Uber but it's too late and people get crazy at night. I sighed, obviously frustrated enough. I felt a pair of eyes staring a hole in my face.
I shot my head up in the direction of who was staring and it was him. I slit my eyes and continued what I was doing. "Can you stop?" I asked, before glaring at him.
He was now sitting down with one leg crossed, leaning forward staring into my face. His hand was open as his chin sat in the palm of his hand. He was quiet for some time, which I was thankful for but he was staring too long.
I snapped my fingers at his face, growing even more annoyed. " What are you looking—"
"Shh." He said, making me glare at him.
I shifted all my weight to one side, looking back at him. He leaned back in the plush sofa, placing his arm alongside of himself. He coated his lips with saliva as his tongue slid along it. I crossed my arms, fully aggravated at this point.
" Whatever." I waved him off, before turning around to look for my ride. "Reema!"
I yelled her name, as I walked away from Clarence. "Reema?" I started down the stairs since she obviously wasn't upstairs.
