"Ms.Larsen?" I heard a shuffle of feet as Tyler peeked her head in my office to make sure I was in there.I put on a smile as I urged her to continue with whatever she has to tell me. It's a drag being at work, since what happened last night. Clarence has been calling me non–stop. I️ find it crazy because out of all that calling he was doing, he didn't find the need to just drop by. If I️ was really that important to you, you would've pulled up on me making it your personal business. But I️ wasn't stunting on all of that, it's back to the money. Throughout all of that, my business has been booming since the Opening.
Tyler half-smiled back as she walked in completely doubling back before whispering, "It's about Gabby."
I sat up, and knitted my brows close together, "Close my door."
I watched as the poor girl walked with caution towards the door and closed it. She stalked back towards my desk and sat in the chair to face me, as she fumbles with her fingers.
"You okay? What is it that you have to bring to my attention?"
Tyler looked down, pushing the stray hair behind her ear that fell in front her face. She wasn't a very outgoing person, her personality spoke more of a soft passive side. She was a pretty girl that stayed to herself. She was also still in high school, so she wasn't too far in age but still on a long journey of learning.
"Off the record, I would like to say I love working here Ms.Larsen. This experience gave me light on how I want to run my future businesses and how I'll go about it," Tyler rambled.
I nodded my head as I sat back in my chair, "But?"
Tyler shoulders perked up, "Oh no. There isn't a but to that," She quickly corrected and I nodded my head as she continued. "But, i have been meaning to bring to your attention the bullying that is transpiring."
I widened my eyes, "Tyler, whose bullying you?"
She sighed, "...Gabby, and I know it may be unbelievable but she does. She puts on extra work for me to do, even her own job duties. She weighs it over my head, that if not done then she'll go to you."
I shook my head in rage, "How long she's been doing this?"
She began biting her nails mumbling, "Three months now."
My phone began to ring, having me turn the ringer off.
"Oh my, well we will take care of this okay? No employee of mine should come to work being threaten or treated like that. Don't worry Tyler."
