Omniscient
Zay'dira stretches her body out as she sits up from laying down a few moments ago. Rubbing her eyes as they finally adjust to everything around her, she see Reema laid out opposite from her with her wine glass still in her hand.
"This girl here," She couldn't help but laugh which turned into a quick cough.
"...Damn bitch you dying?" Reema mumbled as she rubbed her eyes and placed the glass down onto the wooden floors.
Zay'dira shook her head as she stood up heading to the bathroom to brush her teeth, "Akiki, yo ass make me sick."
She continued to brush her teeth, and swishing the mouthwash around before spitting it out. Once she was done, she scrubbed her face with Dove soap then wiped her face.
"I couldn't of made you too sick," She walked towards the door frame of the bathroom with her arms folded, " What you doing to—night?Damn I️ thought it was the next day."
"Nothing," Zay'dira moved out the way for her to freshen up since Reema still had things of hers here. Renee and Reema basically lived in her apartment when she first gotten it, you could've sworn they were roommates. Things changed since Renee moved and Reema started dating Dave, but they are growing up.
Reema moves in-front the sink and went to grab her toothbrush and the toothpaste, before brushing her teeth. Zay'dira looked at herself in the mirror. She had light bags under her eyes, making her face look puffy and her eyes a little swollen. Her dark smooth cocoa skin, was hinting of a tint of red in her cheeks. She looked sick. Sick of love...if she was to say.
Reema rinsed her brush clean and splashed water in her face after setting her brush in the holder, "What's on your mind?"
Not noticing she was just staring off into the mirror at herself, Zay'dira sighed and shook her head. "Nothing, just a million things in one," She did a small laugh to make it seem like it was a joke.
Reema nodded as she squinted her eyes at her cousin. Zay'dira quickly looked away not wanting to accept her cousin's stare down challenge, just so she can read her.
"Zay, foreal what's wrong?" Following behind her cousin since she exited out the bathroom to attend to her dog's light barking.
Right on time she thought, as she opened the cage, "My little baby must have to pee."
Mitzie did a low bark looking at the blinds of the slide door, and Zay pouted. She opened the slide door for the backyard as Mitzie ran out.
