Grayson's POV

Now that Thalia knows about wolves, life has become a lot easier. I plan on introducing her to the pack soon and I plan on having her become a Delta as well. She'd be the first human Delta in the history of our pack.

After a shower, I check if she's still sleeping and find out she is. With her being 29 weeks pregnant, she's been sleeping a lot.

I begin to cook breakfast and form my side of argument for a human Delta. I feel certain that my father won't agree, and it's quite the bummer, because there aren't many reasons that he would consider logical.

Theo comes downstairs as soon as I plate the food for him and I.

"Morning daddy." He mumbles, rubbing his eyes. I smile and kiss his hair.

"Good morning, Theo." I grab his favorite cup and fill it with orange juice, and then fill my own.

"We go see Nana and Poppa today?" Theo asks, sitting at his plate.

I nod, "Yes, bug, so after this you're going to take a bath and get ready."

He nods and begins to eat. I'm about to eat when I use my wolf hearing to check if Thalia's awake, and I hear her sitting up and groaning.

I rush to set up a plate of food and everything she'll need on a little tray and head upstairs.

"Grayson?" She asks at the sound of my footsteps.

"Good morning, my love." I smile as I walk in and set the tray beside her.

"Oh, thank you." She smiles and grabs the tray. "Bring Theo and eat with me."

I nod and help Theo bring his stuff and then bring my own.

"Morning mumma." Theo smiles. We all eat while Theo explains a dream where he rode dinosaurs and 'saved mumma from the T-Rex'.

Soon enough, Thalia heads into the shower while I take Theo to the other restroom and wash him up before getting ready to head over to my parents' place.

Within an hour, we were ready to head out.

"Alright, so today I'm going to talk to my dad about officially having you and Theo accepted into the pack." I explain. Thalia nods and I can tell she's thinking about something that she doesn't know how to feel about. Her auras are loud and clear.

"Okay." She mumbles.

"Is something wrong?" I ask. She shakes her head and rubs the bump.

"No, I'm just tired. Could barely sleep last night and now I'm just tired." She explains. I nod, not fully convinced.

Once we get to my parents' house, we greet them and Thalia stays with my mom in the living room while Theo rushes to check if anyone else is in the house.

I head to my dad's office with him. He seems slightly confused as I shut the door.

"What did you want to talk about?" He asks, clearly worried.

"Well, I want to talk about a couple things." I clear my throat to try and ease my nerves. "I want to officially accept Thalia and Theo into the pack."

He nods, "That sounds great, we would just n-" I raise a hand to pause him.

"And I also want Thalia to be a Delta with me." I bite my lip.

He nods, catching me by surprise. "Alright." he smiles.

"Thank y-" I don't get to finish because he continues.

"Just turn her."

"What?!" I practically yell. He gives me a warning glare and nods.

"Turn her. It'll help her become part of the pack, and we both know that if you plan on having more children, she'll need to be turned." He shrugs.

I growl softly, "I'm not going to force her to do anything."

"Then you're only going to have your son and daughter in the pack and she won't be a Delta. And don't forget that the next pup could kill her." He warns.

I growl again, irritating him. "Could. And why won't you accept her into the pack? She's my mate!"

He sighs. "You'd risk her life for another child?" He asks. I pause, feeling guilty. "Do you remember what happened to your uncle Timothy?" He raises a brow.

I sigh, looking down.

"You're very lucky that you've had a son and she's going to give you another daughter without a problem, but she's already getting some of the symptoms. Timothy's mate was healthy as ever and the second pregnancy killed her. That's why he only has Tommy." He hisses. "He was exactly like you. Look where he's at now."

I try to calm down. I don't want to force her to become something she doesn't want to.

After my long silence my father nods, raising his head to show dominance.

"You have a choice to make. You know the risks and you know how that could affect you, your children and the pack." He sighs. "Make your choice. You never know what will happen."

"Okay. Thank you for listening." I mutter as he leaves the office.

The only words running through my head are simple, yet so complex.

Do I turn her, or risk her life?
