Imagine: Jared was the new boy and you instantly took him under you wing. You became instant best friends and almost always hung out together. You were usually the crazier one while he was a little more low key. When you were in the middle of a movie marathon and it was midnight, you had the idea to go into the public pool and take a swim. He, of course, thought that idea was crazy.
You: *pauses movie* "I have an idea."
Jared: "oh this should be great"
You: "let's go for a swim!"
Jared: "where exactly?"
You: "the public pool down the street"
Jared: "(y/n), that closed at like 7. We'll go tomorrow."
You: "I know it did. But we can still go...."
Jared: "(y/n). No."
You: "I'm sure my brother has a pair of swim trunks you can borrow. I'll just go change and we can head out!"
