[Part 10] My Lady

Sebastian was sitting next to you treating your wound from last night, he had one too but it healed so you didn't worry much about it, Your wound seemed like it healed too, faster than you wanted it to, you thought that it would have took at least a month from the deep cut but it seems like it already healed half way "does it hurt my lady?" Sebastian asked while he was still treating your wound "no" you answered looking out the mirror of your bedroom, you took a deep breath then sighed as you remembered that your birthday was tomorrow, all you birthdays have been bad luck for you, or at least it's been the worst days of your life, you heard your stomach growl as you didn't eat anything yet "are you hungry my lady?" Sebastian asked looking up to you "yeah" you said rubbing your tummy, Sebastian stood up as he held out a hand, you took it as you felt pain running through your arm/shoulder, you muttered a little 'fuck' under your breath, you let go of Sebastians hand and held it with your other hand that didn't have a wound on it "does it still hurt my lady?" Sebastian asked as you nodded slightly "yes a little bit" you said while standing up, Sebastian led you to the dining room, he opened the door as you saw Ciel on a chair 'I wonder if he's sad over Madam Red's death' you thought as you held a sad face feeling sorry for the boy, your sighed as you sat beside him "um.. Good morning" you said feeling a bit awkward around him "good morning y/n how is your wound?" Ciel said then asked you "it's healing faster than I thought it would, it seems to have healed half way already" you said to Ciel with a smile on your face "well glad to hear that it's healing, it doesn't hurt does it?" Ciel asked you with a worried look "well, it hurts, sometimes" you said choosing your words carefully as you didn't want to worry Ciel "alright" Ciel replied giving you a slight smile, after sometime Sebastian came in with some food on a cart as he put it down on the dining table, you heard the door open while Sebastian was putting food on the table as you turned your head to the door to see Jake standing there rubbing his eyes, his hair was a mess and you could see bags under his eyes, he still had his pajamas on as he sat down in front of you and yawned "did you take a shower yet?" You asked him guessing that he didn't "nope" he answered stretching in the chair he was in, he looked at the food on the table as his eyes sparkled "food!" He shouted as he dug into the food, you tried to hide your wound by bringing your sleeve up as high as possible, while you were eating it would slip down at times so you'd have to bring it up again, Jake looked at you confused from time to time, Sebastian brought in deserts as Jake's eyes once again sparkled "deserts!" He shouted out louder than before, he dug into the cake then after he finished his slice he ate his ice cream, Ciel ate slowly watching you be cautious not to hurt your shoulder, until you scooped up the ice cream and dropped the spoon holding your shoulder 'dammit it's hurting' you thought as you closed your eyes shut, the pain was bearable but it hurt more than usual, Sebastian walked to you and brung your sleeve down a bit showing your wound as Jake's eyes widened "what happened?!" Jake shouted slamming the table standing up quickly "nothing" you said trying to look away from his gaze "that can't be nothing!" Jake shouted pointing to your wound while Sebastian was treating it "we-""last night we went out to do something and some people attacked us and she got cut" Ciel said cutting you off and obviously that was a lie "why didn't you protect her?! She's a girl!" Jake said in an angry tone "we did an-""Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean that I'm useless!!" You shouted clearly mad cutting Ciel off, Jake stayed quiet as he slowly sat down "my lady are you done eating yet?" Sebastian asked you as you nodded
(Sometime Later)
You were back in your room, Sebastian sat next to you playing cards with you as Ciel was busy and told Sebastian to come take care of you, you held Mr. Teddy close to you while playing, you sighed as you slowly got bored "I'm bored" you said as Sebastian put his cards down "do you want me to entertain you my lady?" Sebastian asked you as you nodded not knowing what you just said yes to, Sebastian held your wrist with one hand and his other hand took your cards out of your hand, you looked at him with a confused face "Sebasti-" you were cut off by a finger placed on your soft lips "shh" he said as he pulled you into a kiss and put his hands on your waist, after sometime you put your arms around his neck and kissed him back, the both of you started to move your lips, Sebastian pushed his tongue into your mouth exploring your cave as a tiny 'mm' came out of you, Sebastian wrapped his tongue around your making, he slid his hands down your hourglass body, (hourglass boday) as he reached your butt he squeezed it lightly as you moaned into the kiss, you were blushing hard, sometime later you two pulled away desperate for air, your pants filled the room as Sebastian pushed you down onto your bed, you were now under him and leaned in and pecked your lips as he started to unbutton his shirt, he took his shirt of then threw it on the ground "I will clean that up later my lady" he said as you blushed a bit "a-alright" you stuttered at the sight on top of you, (so, Sebastian has another thing as his shirt too, but just pretend that he took all his shirts, or whatever it's called off) Sebastian started unbuttoning your shirt as you stayed still laying on the bed, today you wore a shirt with buttons and long sleeves your pants we're just regular loose pants as you were staying at the mansion all day you decided to wear something more home-ish, ahem, Sebastian then took off your shirt revealing your bra, we then took off your pants and now you were only in your undergarments, you blushed at how exposed out were right now your so fucking young, but he wanted to take your virginity already? You were trapped in your thoughts until you felt something rub your womanhood "a-ah!" The person behind the door started "it's me Jake" he said as you hurriedly put on your clothes, as Sebastian finished he gave you the cards you were playing before as you two continued to play "come in" you said as the door opened "tsk, what took you so long? You could have said "come in" from the start" Jake said as he sat down next to you watching you and Sebastian play cards, he looked at mr. Teddy and picked him up, you glared at him as he put mr. Teddy back on the ground "so why are you here anyways?" You asked as you put your cards down "I wanted to talk to the butler about something" Jake said as Sebastian put down his cards and replied to Jake with a 'yes?' "can we go talk somewhere else? In private" Jake asked as Sebastian simply nodded
