[Part 11] Happy Birthday

"Tomorrow is y/n's birthday and I want to do something for her, I don't know what" Jake said to Sebastian "well, last time didn't turn out well so she might want to do something by herself" Sebastian said as Jake looked down to the floor "I know but I still want her to be happy" Jake said as he looked back up to Sebastian "well if you want her to be happy then maybe you should leave her alone for a day" Sebastian said as he walked away as Jake gave out a sigh 'I will do something for you, I will protect you, no one can take you except me' Jake thought as he walked back to his room
(The Next Day)
(So because I can't remember how old the reader a.k.a y/n is and was, so pretend that today is her 15th birthday) you were in the bathroom playing with the bubbles in the tub as you heard knocking, you dived down into the tub closing your eyes, you came back up and shook your head drying your hair a little, you looked to your wound as it was almost completely healed, you tried to ignore the knocking on your door "it's me Ciel, may I come in?" Ciel asked as you looked to the door "I'm in the bathroom right now" you said looking at your hand holding bubbles in it as they slowly fell back into the tub "oh alright then can you co-""you can come in and wait for me in the bedroom" you said cutting Ciel of as you heard the door open and close, you got up from the tub as you dried yourself up putting your clothes on, you started drying your hair as you took the hair dryer out with you leaving the towel in the bathroom "morning" you said to Ciel as you walked pass him "good morning" he said as you started blow drying your hair (I'm taking a guess that there are no blow dryers in the time of black butler, but pretend there is) "happy birthday y/n" Ciel said as you looked at him with a smile "thanks" you replied as Ciel laid down on your bed "where do you want to go today?" Ceiling asked you as you replied with a shrug "maybe I'll go to the funeral parlor" you said as Ciel sat up "why there?" He asked looking at you "well I don't know I just wanna go there" you answered as you looked up to him "I can go too" Ciel said as he stood up "no, I want to go alone" you said looking away from him "why?" Cowl asked now sitting in front of you, "I just wanna go alone" you said looking into his red and purple eyes (red because he's a demon now and purple because of his contract) "alright then, as you wish but don't you want protection?" Ciel asked you looking concerned "I can protect myself Ciel, your starting to sound like my brother" you said as you closed your eyes for a while until opening them again continuing to blow dry your hair "alright then, I'll be on my way, if you need anything just come see me" Ciel said as he stood up "alright, oh and" you started as Ciel looked at you with a slight 'hm?' "Are you going anywhere today?" You asked Ciel as he shook his head "no but aren't you going out?" Ciel said and asked "heh yeah" you said as you put the blow dryer down "y/n" Ciel started as he walked to the door as he heard a little 'yes?' From you "be careful out there ok?" Ciel said as he left, you sighed and stood up, you finished blow drying your hair now you just have to change and you'll be on your way to the Funeral parlor, you chose a white crop top and the black leather jacket you always wear, for your pants you chose short jeans, you tied your hair up into a ponytail and let your bangs free as in you didn't tie your bangs up with your ponytail, you put mr. Teddy, your knife and your gun into your bag, you put your sword in your scabbard as you opened the door to your bedroom and walked out taking one last look into your bedroom to see if you forgot anything, you closed the door and walked down the stairs, you looked back and turned around to see Sebastian in front of you "where are you going my lady?" Sebastian asked you "to the funeral parlor" you said "no one is going with you?" Sebastian asked as he kneeled down to your eye sight (your not short it's just that Sebastian is too tall) "no, can I go now?" You said as Sebastian chuckled and got out of your way as you walked out of the mansion, you walked around town for sometime until you saw the Funeral parlor, you walked into the Funeral parlor and looked around "hello?" You said trying to find Undertaker "well hello there young lady" you turned around to see Undertaker sitting on a coffin behind you "hello Undertaker" you said with a smile "I heard that today was your birthday right?" Undertaker asked as you held a confused face "where did you hear that from?" You asked him "nowhere in particular" he replied as he walked towards you, as he got closer to you, you took tiny steps back until you hit a wall "get ready for a blast" Undertaker said to you as you looked at him with a confused face, he held his face and brung his bangs to the side revealing his eyes, they were green like emeralds 'their so pretty' you thought as your eyes locked his "now young lady, let's see how good of a kisser you are" Undertaker said as he held your chin and pulled you into a kiss, you didn't hesitate to kiss back as you wrapped you arms around his neck and deepened the kiss, after sometime you pulled away desperate for air but Undertaker just stood there laughing "your not bad, you beautiful too" Undertaker said as he pecked your lips once more "happy birthday y/n" he said as he smiled to you "we can't do this here so I'd rather we do this later, another day" Undertaker said as he brung his bangs back to the middle covering his beautiful eyes once again, he sat on a coffin patting it as a gesture for you to sit, you sat next to him and he stood up and walked behind you, you looked at him with a confused face, he took off your jacket and put it down next to you, he then attacked your neck earning a little 'ah~' from you as he smiled while sucking your neck, he continued to earn moans from you as he kept moving down, he stopped and stood in front of you and took off your shirt, revealing your black bra, you blushed a bit as he started sucking your chest (not boob but on top I guess 😋) constantly earning moans from you "U-Undertaker" you started as he looked at you with a 'hm?' He's been leaving hickeys all over you as you just sat there becoming a moaning mess "d-didn't you say t-that we were going t-to do this another d-day?" You asked him as he stopped sucking and pulled away "I can't wait anymore, I'm sorry if I'm rushing yer" Undertaker said all with a smile "I-it's ok" you said stuttering "well y/n I have a feeling that someone is worried at the mansion, yer should go back now" Undertaker said smiling at you "alright, but how am I going to hide these hickeys?" You asked with a worried face, you didn't want anyone to see this, and definitely not Jake, he would be flipping tables if he saw this "use yer jacket" Undertaker said as he put your jacket back onto you "thanks for the fun time, bye" you said as you left the Funeral parlor waving at Undertaker "yer welcome, come back anytime" Undertaker said as he waved back at you
(At The Mansion)
You just got back to the mansion, you pulled your jacket up as high as possible as you walked in "I'm back!" You shouted as you looked around, you couldn't see anyone so you looked into each room trying to find everyone "hello? Anyone home?" You said as you poked your head into Ciel's office, the kitchen, Jake's room, the servants bedroom and all the other rooms except the dining room, you remembered about the dining room as you ran to it and opened the door to see everyone in the room "happy birthday!" Everyone shouted except Ciel and Sebastian, like last time, you were worried that you would end up thinking about your mother and run out crying again, you tried to stay strong, you almost got over this mother crying thing so you didn't mind much, you sat down on the head of the table and smiled at everyone, Sebastian was going to take your jacket of as you held it still "I'd like to keep it on" you said looking at him with a smile as he only nodded in return, all the food was laid on the table, it had more food than usual and a lot of deserts and candy, you could see your brothers eyes sparkle as you chuckled at his childishness, he was older than you but you were still more mature than him, he has a heart of a child what could you say? "Y/n" Ciel started as you looked at him with a 'yes?' "Sebastian" Ciel said as Sebastian cleared his throat "my lady" he started as you listened to him carefully, everyone seemed serious so you wanted to be serious too "you do know that" Sebastian continued as you were leaning closer to the table "your a" Sebastian kept saying as you grew more excited by the second "ahem, you know that your a demon right my lady?" Sebastian asked you as your eyes widened and sat there still, you never knew, you blinked a few times trying to process what Sebastian just said "really?" Was all that came out of you as Sebastian nodded, right now your mouth was slightly agape as you continued to blink non stop "alright" you started as you leaned back to your chair "cool" you finished as everyone just stood there "cool?" They asked as you nodded "I thought that you'd have more of a reaction" Ciel said as he looked at you "well, I guess not, it's cool, I live with demons and me being one shouldn't even be a surprise" you said as you started eating "well, alright then" Ciel said as he ate too, Sebastian looked into your eyes for any confusion, anger, or depression but all there was, was happiness "your happy that your a demon?" Sebastian asked as you nodded "yeah kinda" you said as you chuckled a little, Jake searched your body to see if anything happened while you were out, luckily the hickeys were hidden under you jacket and non of them was revealed to Jake nor anyone else, as you finished your food you could see Finny, Mey-Rin and Bard messing around behind Ciel's chair as you chuckled, you could see Jake digging into the deserts and Ciel just sat there being..... Ciel, Sebastian looked at you and smiled as you returned the smile with a soft and sweet one, you took your jacket off forgetting about the hickeys as you were too caught up in the party, everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at you, your neck, and top of your chest as a trail of hickeys lead to your breasts "what?" You asked noticing that everyone was staring at you, you looked down at the trail of hickeys and remembered that they were there and remembered what you did with Undertaker as you blushed and hid it with your jacket, although you were sure that everyone saw them already "who did that?" Jake asked standing up "n-no one" you answered, you knew it wasn't true but you've lied to them a lot of times before so this is just normal "you sure?" Ciel asked also standing up "mmhm, I'm sure" you said pushing your chair backwards as the sound of wood and the floor scratched in your ears "my lady you don't have to keep any secrets" Sebastian said as you turned your head to see him behind you "I-I'm not keeping a-any secrets" you said obviously lying "really?" Jake said again as you stood up and ran out of the dining room to your room 'dammit dammit dammit, I shouldn't have forgotten about it' you thought as you ran into your room and shut the door, you thought about you being a demon then about what happened with Undertaker, you walked into the bathroom and took your shirt off and threw it on the floor, your jacket was already off as you left it on your bed you looked at the hickeys trailing down to your breasts in the mirror as you sighed 'well, at least I didn't get yelled at' you smiled at yourself as you went out and got pajamas it was almost bed time so you took a shower and changed, you jumped into bed thinking of a lot of things that has happened when you were here at this mansion you smiled at the memory's as you drifted off to sleep
