Ciel sat in his room as he cried, y/n, his one true love, died two days ago and Ciel hasn't been out of his bedroom since, he stayed there and cried, she was the only thing he cared for, he loved her, he never wanted to let her go but he knew that he had to one day, but this was too fast, too quick, he blamed her death on Sebastian, the servants would come and serve him his meal from time to time and Sebastian would just stay away

You were in the mansion looking around, you heard a loud 'boom' so you went out of your room and checked what it was, you looked around and saw Ciel and Sebastian "Sebastian I order you to go take care of y/n" Ciel shouted as Sebastian nodded, he went to your room while you hid, when Sebastian was gone you looked back and saw Ciel just standing there, you looked around then saw the servants, you were going to walk out to them until

I was looking around trying to find the attacker until I heard a loud 'thud', I looked around and saw y/n falling to the ground

You fell to the ground and felt your vision become blurry "Y/N!!!!!" You heard Ciel shout "Y/n please wake up!" He shouted while shaking you "Ciel........ I.... I love you.." was all you could say "y/n no!" Ciel shouted as he felt tears falling down his cheeks "miss y/n!" The servants shouted as they ran to Ciel and you "y/n please! Wake up!" Ciel shouted as he hugged you tight "I love you too! Please! Wake up!" He shouted as he hugged you tighter than before, the servants fell onto their knees as they started crying "y-y/n..." Ciel said weakly, he looked up and saw Sebastian standing in front of him "WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?!? I TOLD YOU TO PROTECT HER NOT TO LET HER DIE!!!!!" Ciel shouted at Sebastian as Sebastian just stood there "I'm sorry young master I coul-" "DON'T YOU DARE SAY SORRY!! IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT SHES DEAD!!" The servants knocked on Ciel's bedroom door as they got no answer "young master?" Finny said as he opened the door "what do you want?" Ciel asked in a weak voice "here's your meal" Bard said as Mey-Rin rolled the cart into Ciel's bedroom "thanks, now go" Ciel said as the servants left the room and closed the door quietly "do you think he'll be fine?" Finny asked "we'll have to see" Bard replied as the three servants walked to the kitchen

Ciel held the silverware tightly, his hands were shaking and he couldn't help but stay angry, he ate, but only a little bit, he could remember when you'd feed him pretending that he was a little child while saying 'here comes the airplane' you would say that with a bright smile on your face, Ciel felt tears threatening to fall as he squeezed his eyes shut "y/n.." he said quietly as he dropped the silverware and fell onto his bed curling up into a ball "I....." he started talking to himself quietly "I love you...
