[Part 16] Welcome Back

You fought back to the person in black, you used all the energy you had left but eventually you fell to the ground on your knees again, you reached for the sword but once again they stabbed you, you coughed out blood as the vision repeated again, you and Ciel in the flower field that was now crimson red

It's been a week and six days since you got hit by the carriage tomorrow will make it two weeks, everyone has been so worried but they knew you weren't dead, you were still breathing, you talked sometimes and often cried, although you were unconscious you would still move a bit from time to time, Ciel was in his study with Sebastian in front of his desk "when do you think she'll wake up?" Ciel asked Sebastian "well, I'm not really sure young master but if you want me to take a guess" Sebastian started as Ciel looked at the papers on his desk "then I'm guessing that she will wake up tomorrow" Sebastian finished with a smile on his face, you were the only one who could make Ciel smile so this whole time he didn't smile unless he looked at you and thought of the good, fun and happy times with you, not counting the "incident" in his study, he would blush if he thought of that "tomorrow?" Ciel asked looking up to Sebastian "well just a guess young lord" Sebastian said as Ciel stood up "I'm going to stay with her for today, if anyone comes go take care of it" Ciel said as Sebastian nodded, Ciel walked out of his study and went to your bedroom, he opened the door and saw you curled up on your bed "y/n?" He said quietly walking into your bedroom and closing the door behind him gently, he walked to you and saw a little bit of blood on your cheek, he wiped it away and saw a little cut, he looked around your room and stood up, he looked in the drawers and the closets and found a towel, he didn't know what he had to do but he had to take care of you, although you were his servant now, he went into your bathroom and soaked the towel he had in hand, he squeezed some of the water out and walked out of the bathroom and put the towel on the cut on your cheek, he brought the towel away from your cheek and saw that the cut was gone 'well of course she's a demon she can heal, but how did she get that cut anyways?' Ciel thought as he looked at your face to see your eyes twitching "help... get me..... out of here" he heard you say as tears fell down your cheek, Ciel wiped away your tears and kissed you "you'll be fine.. I promise" he said to you tucking your hair behind your ear

You were in this never ending repeated vision, you wanted to get out of here, you could only move a little bit, the person in black appeared again swinging their sword to you as you dodged their attack, you fell onto the ground and saw the scythe, you reached for it but the person in black's sword cut your hand off, you muttered a little 'fuck' as you got stabbed coughing out blood (just a little Note, when one vision finishes and repeats itself in the real world it has passed half a day, 12 hours)

(Ciel's Pov)
"Fuck" I heard y/n mutter to herself as I turned my head to her to see her eyes closed shut, I saw something red from the corner of my eyes and turned to see a huge cut on her wrist, my eyes widened as I quickly got the wet towel and put it on the cut on her wrist, it was a huge cut so it might have taken sometime for it to heal, but maybe less than a day because she's a demon, I held her chin and brought her face to mine and pecked her lips "please wake up soon" I said

(3rd Person Pov)

You laid there on your bed only to move from time to time, Ciel tried to keep himself awake but his eyes felt so heavy "dammit" he muttered to himself in a sleepy tone, he was the only one here with you, Sebastian and the servants would come to check on Ciel and you from time to time and Jake would only come check on you, and not Ciel, but sometimes Jake would come talk to Ciel about you and his feelings towards you, Jake was always overprotective, because he was your brother and because of his secret feelings for you although he was just your adoptive brother he still thought of you like a real sister, Ciel heard knocking on the door as he replied with a simple 'come in' the door opened to reveal the servants, all of them, Mey-Rin, Bard, Finny and Tanaka "what are you four doing here?" Ciel asked the four "well Sebastian told us to come tell you that it's time to eat" Bard said smoking his cigarette "may you bring the food here?" Ciel asked them as they nodded "yes sir!" They shouted and saluted as Tanaka said a little "hohoho" and smiled, the four left and closed the door leaving a loud bang

(Outside Of Your Bedroom)

"Oops" the three said as Tanaka laughed "do you think miss y/n will be fine?" Mey-Rin asked the rest with a worried look on her face "I'm sure she'll be fine, we can even ask Sebastian, and she's a demon after all" Bard said with a smile on his face "smile! The young lord barely smiles, he only smiles if y/n is around, so we gotta make him smile too!" Finny said smiling brightly "alright!" Mey-Rin shouted and smiled "hohoho", they all reached the kitchen "Sebastian" bard started and Sebastian looked at him with a slight 'hm?' "The young master wants to eat in y/n's room" Finny said while smiling at Sebastian, Sebastian smiled back "alright then" Sebastian said "may you go take care of the attackers outside?" Sebastian asked as the servants heard gun shots and got shocked "alright!" The three said "Tanaka would you go take care of y/n and Ciel? I will go clean the mansion" Sebastian said as Tanaka turned into his human form (none chibi I guess) and nodded "here bring this to the young master" Sebastian said pointing at the cart with Ciel's food on it as he left the kitchen and went to clean the mansion, Tanaka took the cart and went to your bedroom, he knocked on the door to be answered with a 'come in' by Ciel, Tanaka opened the door to see Ciel sitting next to your unconscious body reading a book "what are you reading young master?" Tanaka asked Ciel as he flipped through to the next page "I found this in y/n's drawer, it's quite interesting "is it her diary?" Tanaka asked as Ciel shook his head "I wouldn't go through a girls diary" Ciel said as Tanaka nodded "your right young master, you wouldn't" Tanaka said while putting Ciel's food on a table

(The Next Day)

Ciel was laying beside you sleeping next to you, he woke up and stretched a bit, he looked at you and saw you sleeping peacefully, he smiled at the sight and heard knocking on the door, he jumped out of bed, no one knew that he slept with you last night "come in" Ciel said as the door opened and Sebastian walked in "where did you sleep last night young master?" Sebastian asked looking around "on the couch" Ciel replied pointing to the couch in your room, Ciel has told everyone to leave him alone for the two days with you, he didn't change when he slept cause he couldn't put on his own clothes, Sebastian nodded "well if you need anyth-" "can you stay in case y/n wakes up?" Ciel cut Sebastian off as Sebastian nodded

You felt so weak, you couldn't even move anymore, and once again the vision repeated itself, you couldn't talk, cry, move you couldn't do anything, you could only blink and breath, you waited for the person in black to stab you again but you saw a bright light in front of you, you could move now as you looked up to the light, a hand was laid on your cheek and
you smiled, you blinked and saw everything black again "y/n, please wake up" you heard a voice that sounded like Ciel's, you closed your eyes, you didn't want to open them, but when you did you bounced up

Ciel put his hand on your cheek "y/n, please wake up" Ciel said as he saw you smile, after sometime he saw you open your eyes as you bounced up and sat on the bed breathing heavily, Ciel's eyes widened "y/n!" He shouted as he hugged you "Ciel..." you said as you hugged him back with tears flowing from your eyes "welcome back to reality" Sebastian said looking at you with a smile "thank you" you said as you smiled back, you heard footsteps and looked to the door to see it swing open revealing Jake, Mey-Rin, Bard, Finny and Tanaka "y/n!!!!" They all shouted jumping onto you and a Ciel earning a little 'ngh' from you and Ciel "welcome back y/n" they all said with smiles on their faces, Tanaka stood next to Sebastian "you were right, she did wake up today" Tanaka said to Sebastian "what can I say? I'm simply one hell of a butler" Sebastian said with a smile

Yay the next chapter is here!! Tomorrow I'll have to write two but I might write more than that because tomorrow I'm home all day yay!
