[Part 15] Come Back To Us

Your unconscious body was laying on the hospital bed as Ciel looked over you, Sebastian was preparing a bit of food at the hospital, Jake went back to the mansion only to come back and visit from time to time, the doctors said that you can leave the hospital in one more week, Ciel was a little bit impatient as he wanted to go back to the mansion but he wanted to take care of you too, he wanted to be there for you when you needed him most, Ciel and Sebastian would take turns taking care of you from time to time, you laid here unconscious for four days now, Ciel, Sebastian and the rest were really worried about you, they couldn't help but worry, and as for you, you stayed in your mind repeating the same vision over and over and over again, as the vision repeated you felt weaker but then

a little 'ngh' came out of you as you fell to the ground repeating the same vision, you wanted to get out of this hell "help.... Me" you said as the person in black stabbed you, you coughed out blood and once again felt your vision become blurry

Ciel stood up quickly as he heard you say something "help.... Me" he heard you say as your eyes twitched a little "y/n" Ciel started as he felt tears threatening to fall from his eyes "please say that your ok" Ciel finished holding your hand tight then tears started falling from his eyes as he squeezed them shut and hugged you tight "I...... I love you y/n please don't leave me, not like this" Ciel said as he hugged you tight, you couldn't hear what he said and couldn't feel his delicate touch, you were stuck in the same vision that repeated over and over again, Ciel saw tears running down your cheeks as his eyes widened he wiped away your tears and pecked your lips, he heard the door open as he sat back down to the chair he was in "here you go young master" Sebastian said while putting some food on the tiny table "do you think she'll be alright? " Ciel asked Sebastian as he nodded "as I said young master" Sebastian started as he sat down in front of Ciel "she's a demon she'll be fine, I know from experience" Sebastian continued with a smile "she's just in a world of memory and vision she'll come out of it soon" Sebastian finished looking towards your unconscious body "she's beautiful, I can't imagine anything happening to her" Ciel said as Sebastian turned to Ciel and nodded, this was the first time that Ciel and Sebastian talked like friends and not master and servant, you would have been happy if you saw this but you couldn't wake up from the slumber, Ciel started eating the food Sebastian prepared for him and smiled while thinking that you'd be fine, he knew you so well you'd never quit this easily, you can't die this quickly nor can you die from a carriage crashing into you, so he knew you'd be fine, he was just sad to see the state your in right now, your eyes would start twitching and you would say some words from time to time but your eyes would never open and you'd never reply to what anyone said, so Ciel knew that your in dream world right now

You were back to the vision of you and Ciel as a kid running in a flower field, but this time it was different the flowers would have usually been different colorful colors, but now there was just black and red, (two of my fav colors) you fell down to your knees and felt tears threaten to fall from your eyes, you saw a little tear fall from your eye, you felt so weak, so useless, you could barely move, you could only get one hit on the person in black now and you just couldn't do anything, you didn't care if you cried anymore, you cried "someone.... please...... get me out of this hell" you said as you closed your eyes shut and cried your eyes out, now the person in black would kill you before Claude could, you looked to your shoulder and saw the contract on it, you suddenly had a knife in your hand now, you've had enough of this, you don't even know how long you've been unconscious for in the real world, but you knew that this isn't the world you were in, it was just a dream, a mere fragment of your memory, you could have sworn that you've seen everyone in this vision including the person in black, of course you knew everyone, just not as friends 'why do I have a contract on my shoulder? Why is this person in black trying to kill me? Why am I seeing this? Why is this repeating? Why am I not waking up?!' You thought as you slowly lost your sanity

Ciel and Sebastian stood up to see you overflowing with tears "y/n!" Ciel shouted as he ran to your unconscious body on the hospital bed "someone.... please...... get me out of this hell" Ciel heard you say as his eyes widened "Sebastian!" He shouted "she's clearly in pain right now!" Ciel shouted to Sebastian as he turned to him "we'll have to wait young lord, she'll be awake soon, in some days" Sebastian said with a smile as Ciel grew angrier by the second

(1 Week Later)

Ciel and Sebastian now had permission to bring you back to the mansion, Ciel and Sebastian were on the way back to the mansion with your unconscious body in Sebastian's arms, After sometime Ciel and Sebastian reached the mansion, Ciel sighed "I hope they haven't broken the mansion" he said as he walked into the mansion, Sebastian following Ciel, Ciel had his stick with the skull on top, you always loved it cause you loved skulls so Ciel kept the stick close to him, (stick lol) Ciel's eyes widened to see the mansion in perfect shape "I can't believe it" Ciel started "they actually kept it clean" Ciel finished as he walked around the mansion a bit "Sebastian go put y/n in her bedroom, make sure to be there when she wakes up" Ciel said as Sebastian nodded taking you up to your room, Ciel looked around and saw Jake, Bard, Finny and Mey-Rin in the kitchen "what are you all doing here?" Ciel asked as everyone turned to him "master your back!" The servants shouted with bright smiles on their faces "Jake is teaching us to cook properly, he helped clean the mansion too" Mey-Rin said as she pointed to Jake as he held up two fingers giving Ciel a simple 'yo' "so how is y/n? Is she awake yet?" Bard asked as Ciel shook his head "sadly she's still unconscious" Ciel said as he slowly walked into the kitchen "aw, your true love has fainted... Kiss her!" Finny said as Ciel threw a spoon on the table at Finny "what the bloody hell is wrong with you!?!?" Ciel shouted 'so Jake can clean, cook and do house work unlike y/n, since when?' Ciel thought to himself as he was still confused to this cleaning side of Jake "well I'm going up to see y/n, she's in her room if you ever need to go check, and Mey-Rin please take care of her if me and Sebastian aren't here" Ciel said "yes sir!" Mey-Rin shouted with a smile on her face as she saluted, Ciel walked out of the kitchen and went to your bedroom, Sebastian was still looking after you just in case you'd wake up, everyone is worried about you but they stay positive, Ciel opened the door to your bedroom to see you laying down on your bed still unconscious, he sighed "Ciel....." you said as Ciel quickly turned his head to you, but to see that you were still unconscious, he looked down feeling tears threaten to fall, he squeezed the bed sheets "please, come back to us"

So this came out a little late cause I was mostly busy, and there's a lot of "unconscious" in this chapter, tomorrow I will upload one, so after tomorrow (Sunday) I will have to upload two, but I might upload more, depending on my mood, if I do upload more than two on Sunday then it means that I don't have to upload for as much as- nvm (never mind) I'm sure you know, well thanks for reading I hope y'all enjoyed and I'm sorry for not uploading much, g-bye fellow readers (btw I was listening to music while writing this so if there's any misspelled words you'll know why)
