Jjeolbae’s P.o.V.
Ms. Lana Bernard came home after narrating the things that she have said to me, but still, it bothers me on how her sister met Taeyang. I forgot to ask who her sister is, and I really am confused with the things happening around.
“Jjeolbae.” A voice said, interrupting me from my thoughts.
“W..what is it?” I asked as all of them looked at me. They shook their heads slowly as Kris stopped and stared at me.
“They said that you are the one in charge of buying medicine for Kai.” He said as I nodded obediently.
“Alright, alright.” I said as all of us parted at the hallway. I immediately opened my journal and scribbled my tasks in it. I glanced at the clock; we came in here earlier than usual since Kai is not present at the meantime. He was the one who always kept us late because of his admiration of his reflection, we kept on calling him numerous times before he finally comes.
“Oppa, you promised to take us to the shop two weeks ago, right?” A lady’s voice caught my attention. There were three girls roaming around him as he laughed.
Of course, just like the usual Luhan, he will agree.
“Ani, mian. Kai’s sick today, and I was assigned by his parents to get his medicine.” He said as they sighed in defeat. As he was saying that, he was taking short glances at me, which I shook away.
“Hyung’s a bad liar.” Sehun said and neatly placed the books he picked from the locker on the floor. I nodded and laughed as he sat beside me.
After a while, our homeroom teacher came.
The twelve roamed around as I told that I would be staying. I headed to the canteen to buy Jongin a few biscuits. After that, I went straight to our classroom and ate.

“We’ll be going at the coffee shop. Just wait for us at the house.” They said but Luhan and Chanyeol seemed to stop.
“I’ll be going with you.” They said as I shook my head.
“I’m alright.” I said as they shook their heads and grabbed me.
“Aniyo.” Chanyeol forced as the three of us entered a drugstore.
I bought a few cough and fever medicines as the two waited outside.
Chanyeol’s P.o.V.
I should get him head on.
“Do you really like Jjeolbae?” I asked as he nodded.
“Of course.”
“Then why are you not blurting your feelings out?” I asked as he laughed.
“I’m—“ He explained but was cut off as Jjeolbae swung the door open and looked at us.
“I forgot the crackers.” She said and entered again.
“What?” I asked as he shook his head.
“Then why are you not, too?” He asked as I laughed.
“I already have.” I explained, hoping that it works on him.
“What did she say? You did?” He asked as a smiled formed on my face.
“Of course. So if you want real competition, do it too.” I said as Jjeolbae went outside with us.
“Did I interrupt anything here?” She asked as the two of us shook our heads and started walking with her.
Jjeolbae’s P.o.V.
We were walking down the street as I saw a familiar figure.
“La—“ I was about to say her name as she rode a taxi and stormed off. I exhaled as the two looked at me questionably.
“What’s the matter?” They asked as I shook my head.
“Nothing.” I said as all of us came home.
I took the key from my pocket as the three of us saw Kai lying lazily with the television open.
“Oh, you’re home. Welcome back.” He said as all of us nodded.
“Here, we grabbed you a few medicines.” Luhan said and picked the small paper bag on my palm.
“Thanks.” He said and inspected us.
“Where are the others?” He asked as a few voices were heard.
“They’re probably here. We parted at the coffee shop.” I narrated as the door opened up, revealing nine boys.
I went to check Kai’s temperature as Chanyeol stopped me and did it instead.
“He has no fever now.” He said as I nodded.
“We brought a cheesecake.” Kris said as all of us smiled and cheered. I took it and opened the box. I reached for the knife but I was stopped, again. This time, it was because of Luhan. I just nodded as he glided the knife across the cake, dividing it into twelve. He took a slice and placed it on the plate. I took my own plate as he patted my shoulder.
“Here.” He said as I nodded.
“Hyung, get me a slice too.” Baekhyun pleaded as Luhan reached the knife.
“Here, I already sliced it.” He said.
These two are acting weird, and I don’t know why.
I went to sit on the couch as Chanyeol sat beside me and watched the television.
Luhan’s P.o.V.
Chanyeol sat beside Jjeolbae as I frowned. I then took my slice and sat on the space a little by the left.
“Do you want mine?” Chanyeol asked and offered her his cake.
“Just get mine, I haven’t taken a bite yet.” I said as Chanyeol smiled.
“Say aa~~” Chanyeol said as I took aim for the spoon.
“It’s gross. You’re acting lovey-dovey.” Jjeolbae said as all of them laughed, making the two of us fluster. Jjeolbae stood up and washed her plate on the sink.
“You’re going to school tomorrow?” Jjeolbae asked Kai as he nodded.
“Ne. I’m fine now.” He said as she checked his temperature. She nodded in contentment and headed upstairs, leaving all of us in there.
Jjeolbae’s P.o.V.
Now, I am confused. There are two possible suspects—Clara Hilton, and Ms. Bernard, the sister of Lana.
I looked around and sighed in defeat. My parents do not know about my plans, and I don’t want to broadcast it anymore; for it will just cause huge troubles. They have called off my marriage with Luhan, and I really don’t mind, since I myself am not open for a relationship. I can’t do things like that when my brother cannot find justice yet.
A knock was heard from my door as I opened it.
“Chanyeol.” I said as he smiled at me.
He narrated something as I swiftly nodded in agreement. After that, he stormed downstairs.
