Arranged Marriage with Luhan

Daehyun's Help

Jjeolbae's P.O.V.

All of us talked about a few strategies. We didn't expect our fragile class president to be that company's heir. He seems innocent.

"Jinja? Daehyun?" Xiumin exclaimed.

"Shhhh!" Chen said and hit Xiumin on his head.

All of us nodded.

"Yeah. And probably, he's spying on us too." Kai whispered.

"Or we're the one spying on him." Baekhyun said and laughed.

"Let's just keep an eye on his actions." Sehun said.

"Let's call it a day. It's getting late." Suho said and dismissed us. All of us went to our own rooms and went off to dreamland. We still need to go early at school. We would be inspecting his things and such.

"RINGA LINGA LING RINGA LINGA LIING~" That's my alarm. It's already three in the morning. I shut it down and stood up. I'm still shivering because of the cold weather. It's early in the morning that's why it's colder than I anticipated. I walked through the room's bathroom and went through my thoughts. What if they've already made a move? When will the assassination start? Why did not they do it before? 

I came outside and fixed my uniform. As I went down, I saw Kyungsoo cooking our breakfast.

"Good morning." I said and he replied back.

"Good morning too. Breakfast's there. Let's just wait for the others."  I quickly nodded and dug in. While I was eating, I saw them one by one come down the stairs. After a while, we waited for Lay and Chen to finish their food.

"Guys, remember that you should still keep up with your studies while watching him, okay?" Suho and Kris reminded. All of us nodded like kids.

Since the school's at walking distance, we didn't bother to use a car. Since it might be obvious, I left all of them in front of me. Of course, they're a group. It might be suspicious if I talk to them.

"It's so early." Luhan said with sleepy eyes.

"I know right. I still am sleepy." I replied.

"How about the arranged marriage?" He asked me.

"I don't know. I hope that they wouldn't continue it anymore." I replied. It's like talking to a friend about my problems although the one I'm talking to is the main topic.

He nodded slowly. I was pretty hurt. I didn't know why. But my feelings shouldn't be emphasized now. We're in danger, right?

Luhan's P.o.V.

I'm pretty glad that she doesn't want to continue anymore about the marriage. I could still play with other girls without hurting her. But of course, I should prioritize the lives of the 11 men and a girl before me before sneaking around, right? But I could also fly around girls while doing so.

Since it's still early, a few people are only here.

We're already standing by the door of the school and about to enter. All of us exchanged stares, reminding each one of their tasks.

"Good luck." Jjeolbae said and made a 'fighting/hwaiting' pose. Although she looks nervous, she managed to cheer us up. All of us made a hwaiting pose and separated.

"All we've gotta do is to  check it, right?" She asked me while the two of us are walking down the corridor. I nodded and stopped in front of the room.

"Let's go." I said and the two of us entered. Seeing that no one's still there, I locked the doors, closed the windows, and we checked on his locker.

There's nothing special, I may say. Books, notebooks, and a few papers. We even flipped through the pages.

"Wait. I haven't checked this one yet." Jjeolbae said while reaching her hand out to a book.

"Hexagon Inc."

"This is it." She whispered. She was about to open it when we heard a knock.

"Hello?" 

We panicked and immediately closed the locker. We made sure that everything was back into place.

I immediately sat down and took two of my rubik's cubes from my bag. Then I signalled her to open the door.

When she did, it was Daehyun.

"What are you guys doing?" He asked us curiously.

"I--" Jjeolbae said as I cut her off.

"I was teaching her on how to play the rubik's cube." I replied and Jjeolbae nodded.

"You really must be hard working, aren't you? You  even went at three o'clock in the morning just to be taught." He said.

"You too. You even came this early." Jjeolbae replied which made him chuckle. Then, he placed his bag on the table.

Jjeolbae sat down beside the locker with me, holding the rubik's cube.

"I can do this, actually." Jjeolbae whispered to me as she fixed it. Surprisingly, she fixed it in no time.

We were interrupted when Daehyun closed the door slowly.

"What's the matter?" Jjeolbae asked him.

"Actually, I want to show you guys something." Daehyun said and went to the locker to pick a book. 

The book that he grabbed was the 'Hexagon Inc.' that we viewed a while ago.

He sat down with us.

"You probably know about my parents' company since you would be the victims, right?" He asked us and we nodded.

"Here." He flipped onto the pages, revealing a photograph.

It was a meeting. People in suits and shades were present.

"The man at the center----he's my dad. And he forces me to spy on you." Daehyun said.

"But when will the assassination happen?" I asked.

"Next week. No details were given to me but I'm pretty sure it's next week." He replied and focused on the book.

"But don't worry. My father's not the main boss. I don't know who the main is yet but I'm pretty sure they call him Mr. Redd." He said.

"We were just forced to do so. I'm really sorry. Our lives depend on this." He pleaded for apology.

"It was never your mistake, don't worry." Luhan said and patted his back.

Then, the knob was moved again. Before we opened it,

"Here, take this." He said.

"But what about your---" I was cut off mid sentence.

"Don't worry. I'm fine. Just don't tell anyone that I was the one who told you except for the eleven." He said.

We closed the book and went back to fixing the rubik's cube.

"Annyeong haseyo, songsaenim." He greeted politely. The person knocking was our adviser.

"Annyeong." The both of us said and bowed. 

"Just continue on what you are doing." She said. We nodded and sat down the floor, faking that we were fixing the rubik's cube. After that, she left.

"You could find more secrets there." Daehyun winked and sat on his chair. Since more students are entering the campus, we've decided to sit back too.
