White is pure. It cannot be made using any other color, but if it were mixed with another then it would be tainted: never to returned to its original form.
When I woke up, I woke up in a bright, white place; however, it felt dark and unknown. My mind was blank, unable to remember the last thing I did. It felt has though I haven't done anything for years. This place which made my eyes hurt from the sudden light was filled with unfamiliar objects. A machine that beeped constantly and wires attached to my body with pouches filled with liquids.
Startled by the sudden entrance of a woman made me turn my head towards her. She looked pleased but concerned while she walked over to me.
"It is good to see that you are awake." I remained silent as she went over to the end of the bed and picked up something and looked down at it. After she put it down, she walked to the edge of the bed and put something in her ear. She tried reached towards me but I flinched.
"Don't worry I am only going to read your heartbeat." I let her continue as she sat me up. After some seconds, she was done with her "reading". She went back to the thing at the end of the bed and wrote something down.
"Do you know your name?" Name? What was my name? I struggled at her question and she noticed. "Do you not remember your name?" I shook my head.
"Do you know your birthday?" I shook my head again. She walked over to me with the board. "I am going to touch your head to check if you hit it. Okay?" I nodded. She went a felt around my head. She looked at me confused, "You don't appear to have a bump. Can you stand?" I took the covers off and looked down at my legs moving them towards the end of the bed and pushed off. My legs could not take the sudden weight and started to fall but the woman, caught me. She put me back on the bed and put the sheets back over me. "Stay in bed. I will be right back." She put the board with papers back and left the room.
After she left, I looked around and saw there was another door and a window. I looked out the window to see the tops of buildings and green leaves from trees. Looking back at the door waiting from the woman to come back, I sensed three men that were outside my room not moving. One by the door and the other two were outside. The woman came back in after some time but she did not come alone she brought two more men. One man walked in with her while the other waited outside the door. The one who walked in was an old man who looked happy. He looked at me with kind eyes, "Hello. I'm the Third Hokage of Konoha."
"H-Hello." It was difficult to speak, as if I had not spoken before.
"You finally spoke," the woman said.
The "Hokage" smiled, "I am here to make sure you are of no danger to the village as we heard what previously happened at the Fire Temple."
"Fire Temple?" I asked. It seemed oddly familiar.
"That is where we found you. One of my teams brought you back to the village. One of the members got hurt while trying to reach you."
I hurt someone. Who? "Are they fine?" I asked slightly concerned.
"He is fine. He is being treated by the hospital and he is special, so he should be fine," the nurse explained.
"Special?"
"We won't get into that," the Hokage said, "Ibiki would you please come in." A tall, bulky man came in. As he came closer, I noticed he had two long scars running across his face. He wasn't as pleasant as the Hokage. He had a very dark, scary aura to him as he stood tall next to the Hokage. "When you are cleared by the nurse you will be brought to Ibiki. He will found out whether you are a threat to the village," he explained. I started to become uneasy as I did not like the way the man "Ibiki" was looking at me. "Do not worry it is only to ensure the safety of this village. I do believe you as not a threat but these are just precautions given from the Elders."
