It's been a week since the boys have heard me sing. They talk about it a lot. To be honest I think I suck. But they don't.

Yesterday Calum asked their manager about me being their opening act. We are on our way to a meeting now to discuss it. I hope this turns out well.

We walk in to the huge skyscraper and we walk until we see their manager who leads us to a room with a table and millions of chairs around it.

"So miss Katie here thinks she can be the open act for 5sos?"

"Yes sir she is amazing and she is always on time and is organized"

"Well that's great but I need to know if she can sing"

"Well there is a recording studio here isn't there?"

"Yes but we need everyone here to hear her even the 1D boys because they said to make sure that anything you do is ok with them."

"Well why don't you just send a recording to them and call some people who are available here"

"Ok fine" with that he walks out the door to make phone calls.

"I'm soo nervous"

"It's ok Katie bug"

"I mean this determines my future!"

"I know but try to stay relaxed ok? everything will be fine."

The manager walks in and tells us to go to the recording booth and meet some people.

I walk into the recording room to see 30 people and I get even more nervous. Only the boys have heard me sing.

"Ok well Katie you will be singing a song of your choice and we will decide if you are good enough" some guy says and I nod.

Michael walks me to the booth and says good luck before pushing me in the room.

I look out to see the boys giving me a thumbs up. I can't do this I can't. I shake my head and Luke talks to a guy. The guy nods and Luke walks to the booth and enters.

"Hey Katie bug I'm going to sing with you ok you will do fine just sing loud and proud ok?"

I nod and grab the guitar in the corner of the booth. I strum a few cords and me and Luke decide on the song. She looks so perfect by none other than 5sos.

I strum the cords and we start singing together.

I finish out of breath but look over at Luke who is smirking. I know exactly what happened.

"You didn't really sing did you?"

"I'm suprised you just noticed" he laughs.

I slap his arm and he laughs again.

"Hey it's alright because you did great Katie bug"

I smile and hug him and get out of the booth. We walk out to see the manager sending the recording to the boys of 1D.

I sit down anxiously and wait until they tell me if I was good or not.

"Well miss Katie we are glad to welcome you to our team" the manager announces with a smile.

I fall into Luke's arms as I faint.
