IX: WITH YOU

"We're here."

Inirapan ko siya at agad na lumabas ng sasakyan. Ilang sandali lang ay lumabas na rin siya at inikot ang paningin sa paligid.

"Why are we even here?" He asked, brows almost touching each other.

"Bakit ka ba kasi sama ng sama?" Palatak ko.

He raised his eyebrow at me. Bakla ata tong gagong to eh. Poging bakla. "You didn't answer my question, Honey."

"Well, Mr. You didn't answer my question too, so we're even." Ngumisi ako sakaniya at tinitigan ang paligid. I smiled. It's been a year since I went to this place, the theme park. It's actually called at Family Park because you will always see families hanging around or having fun here. Nakakatuwa silang tignan. And it's motivating me to write more.

I sat on one of the benches and relaxed myself. Let's forget about this jerk for a moment--

"This place sucks." I heard him hissed. Inis na bumaling ako sakaniya.

"Kung ayaw mo rito, pwes, umuwi ka na lang. I would be even more glad!" I said sarcastically and snickered. This man really knows how to piss me off. "At anong this place sucks? Sipain kita diyan eh. Ang ganda kaya rito."

He huffed. "This place is just waiting for the opportune moment to be plucked. Sooner or later, maraming building ang itatayo rito. That would be even more beautiful." He smiled devilishly that I shivered. Geez.

"The place is already beautiful as it is. Kung sino mang punyemas na anak ni Satanas ang magtatayo ng buildng dito, aba! Napakawalang hiya niya kamo!"

"It's just the benches, the flowers, and the people you're seeing, pig. There's no fun in it." He sat beside me and sighed. Eh kung itulak ko kaya tong buwisit na to?

Inikot ko ang mata sa paligid. All the people were having fun, like they'd just come here once and enjoy to the fullest. The smiles, laughters are making the park look exquisitely perfect. "These benches, flowers and people I'm seeing are the wonders of this place. Wala silang ibang iniisip kundi ang maging masaya. That's why it's called a family park because kids and so with their parents can have fun in here without thinking about anything but themselves. Just for the sake of happiness." Tinignan ko siya. "Bakit, may balak kang magpatayo ng building dito? Ha? Subukan mo lang. Hindi lang ang building mo ang gigibain ko kung sakali." Tumingin ako sa gitnang parte ng katawan niya at nakakalokong ngumisi. Nanlaki ang mata niya at tinakpan ang private part niya. Bakla. Bakla talaga. "Pati yang junior mo, mag-gu-goodbye sayo." Hinead to foot ko siya like I'm giving him a warning. Tumayo na ako at nagpasyang iwan siya don.

His mouth is wide open from shock. Maybe he didn't expect i'd be blunt. Nang makabawi ay sinundan ako nito. Bahagyang nilingon ko siya. Nakasimangot ito at mukhang masama ang timpla.

"You know what? I sometimes doubt if you're really a lady. You cuss so much, and god... you have one dirty mouth. And that makes you look like..."

Tumigil ako at tiningnan siya ng masama.

"Like what?" Nagbabantang tanong ko.

Nakita kong napalunok siya. "L-like... Like Virgin Mama Mary."

"Fuck. That hurts." Napamura pa ko habang hinihimas ang batok ko. Napangiwi ako nang maalala kung paano niya ako paulit ulit na binatukan kanina. I can't blame her though. I just compared her to Virgin Mama Mary for christ's sake! How stupid can I get? Iniisip ko lang naman kanina na kung ikukumpara ko siya into someone like an antagonist, baka batukan niya ako. But lord, she just did when I told her she's like Mama Mary!

That woman is driving me crazy! And I don't even know why I folowed her. Maybe because... I want her back?

I sighed. Years ago, she left. And I don't know why. And now that I saw her, I just can't get enough with the sight of her. She changed...a lot. But she's still the same woman I fell inlove with years ago.

How I wish I know the reason why she left. And when I do, I'll never let her go. Never again.
