Ava's POV.
"Ava.. Avvvaaa.... Avvvvaaaaaa... wake up... " I heard a voice say as something tickled my face. I swatted at it and rolled over.
"Leave me alone." I mustered sleepily.
"Fine." They said and I heard them move away from me. Whose voice was that? It sounded so familiar, and it was definitely a guy. It wasn't one of my brothers, or my dad, and it wasn't my uncles or Hunters... that left one person, freaking Parker Stevens was in my room! My eyes popped open at the realization and I immediately wished I hadn't, because right time I did, he dumped a cup of cold water onto my face. I spluttered and coughed, then wiped my face and openly glared at him.
"You Jackass!" I declared as I jumped up, but he didn't look scared of me, he just looked amused.
"I told you to get up." He stated, making it seem like it was my fault.
"It's the first day of summer flipping vacation and you're going to make me murder you. All I wanted to was sleep in, is that too much to ask?" I asked crossing my arms over my chest.
"Yes, get dressed goody-two-shoes. You've got thirty minutes." He told me as his eyes raked over my body and I suddenly felt self conscious as I remembered I was only wearing a T-shirt and undergarments.
"Get out." I told him as I walked to the bathroom.
"Twenty nine minutes now." He called out before I heard my bedroom door close.
I muttered a few curses, called him a few names and then hopped into the shower. As much as I wanted to disobey him, I wasn't going to, because who knew what he would do this time. I took a longer enough shower, just to wash my hair, then got out and fixed my brown hair. I put on a small amount of makeup and that was it.
I looked in my mirror and took in my appearance. I wore a tshirt and blue jean short, nothing unusual. I ran my fingers through my hair one more time and sighed. I looked like an ordinary girl.
I walked to the front of the house and found my mother talking to Parker, who was sitting at the bar. I glared at her. Traitor. She let him wake me up.. the first day of summer and she let him wake me up.
"Sleeping Beauty finally arises I see." She commented when she saw me, I stuck my tongue out at her her and sat down. As I took a seat at the bar, making sure I was separated from Parker by two chairs, I glanced at the time on the oven. 11:45. No wonder she let him wake me up. I hardly ever slept past nine thirty.
"Do you want breakfast?" She asked, then added, as she tried to suppress a smile, "Or lunch?"
"No thank you, I've already brushed my teeth." I replied and looked at Parker. "I'm up so what are we doing?"
"I was thinking that you should show me around town." He said, being nice to me since my mother was standing there.
"That's a good idea." My mother said, "and why don't you two take the golf cart when you get back and you can show him around the property as well."
I glared at her again.
"Don't look at me like that. You're suppose to keep him entertained, so don't complain." Mama told me sternly. I frowned, but I knew she was right. I told Molly I would babysit so babysit him, I shall.
"Can I borrow your car?" I asked. She gave me a satisfied smirk and tossed me the keys to her car.
"Be good!... seat belts!" She called as we walked out the door and I rolled my eyes.
I backed the Tahoe out of the garage and went in the direction of town. There wasn't much to show him. We lived in a small area, and the most exciting thing we had was a grocery store. I wasn't sure what to show him, so I drove around.
