Ava's POV

"Aiden, wake up." I said to my brother. We were finally back at my house. It was a little past two in the morning, and by a little, I mean two thirty. "Come on, wake up Aiden." I whispered, shaking him ever so slightly.

"So how are we going to get him into the house?" Parker asked.

"I'm working on it." I told him.

"Meaning you have no idea?" He asked.

"Exactly." I told him.

There were two problems with this situation. Problem one being, we were late. We were suppose to be home before two, and well, like I said, it was two thirty. The second problem was Aiden was drunk. He wasn't black out drunk or totally wasted, but he had drank enough that there was no possible way that I could sneak him quietly past our parents room. It just wasn't happening.

Our parents were pretty cool about things. They didn't mind us going places and didn't mind us having fun. They knew we would drink alcohol, because hey, we were teenagers. But they wanted us to be careful. They were lax on a some things, but they had a few rules though.

1) Fon't come home drunk; you shouldn't be drinking anyways because you're underage, but our younger siblings didn't need to see their older siblings drunk. Plus, you should always want to remember what you do and say while you're drunk. So if you can't remember the next morning, then you drank far too much.

2) No drugs. We were allowed to try alcohol, and even then they wanted is to try it around them, but drugs were off limits.

3) Don't stay out past curfew. They didn't mind extending our curfew during the summer, but they just asked that we made it home before two am.

So you see my dilemma, two of those rules had been broken.

I began to study the house, as if it was going to give me the answer to all my problems. Then, it was like a light bulb suddenly went off in my head. I had the perfect solution. I looked at Parker and gave him a sweet smile.

"Let me guess, you have a plan?" He asked, I nodded. "And it somehow involves me?" I nodded again. He sighed.

"All you've got to do is get him around to the side of the house to the first window." I told him.

"Are you sure making your drunk brother climb through a window is a good idea?" He asked me.

"It's a single story house, it's not like he has far to fall, besides you'll be there to break his fall anyways." I told him. "And it's not like we've got much of a choice. My parents cannot see him like this or that it's past our curfew."

"I'll help you get him in the window, but if he falls I'm letting him land on his head." Parker told me. I glared at him.

"Just get him to the window!" I silently ordered as I tip-toed up the front porch steps.

I quietly slipped in the front door, locking it before I moved. I crept along the hallway, until I made it to my parents door. I paused in front of it, just long enough to hear the my fathers snores and Mama's steady, heavy breathing. I let out a sigh of relief and then continued on to the other side of the house, where Aiden and Andrew's room was located.

I flicked the switch on the lamp, on the table in between their double beds, so I would have a small amount of light in the dark room. After I was able to see, I moved over to the window and heard Parker outside, talking to Aiden. I peeked out and had to stifle a giggle at the sight. Parker was pretty much having to carry Aiden.

I lifted the window up, carefully removed the screen from it, placing it on the floor next to, then I leaned out the window to help get my brother.

"Aiden, you're going to have to help us." Parker told him. "When I lift grab onto the window sill okay? Ava is going to pull you, so try to help her."

"Um... sure..." Aiden responded, slurring a tad bit.

Parker kneeled and then began to lift Aiden, who had his feet in Parker's hands. I leaned down and took ahold of his hands, guiding them to the window. Parker stood up some, giving him more of a boost, so I was able to wrap my arms around him, right under his arms. I braced my feet against the wall and pull him in. He was a lot heavier than I anticipated and he felt even heavier when we both toppled over and he landed on top of me.

I sat up, shoving him off of me and decided to help Parker inside. However, by the time I stood up, he was almost in the window. I quickly moved to grab his arm and finish pulling him through. Once he was inside, We placed the screen back in the window and moved to help Aiden.

I undid his shoes, while Parker retrieved the hangover medicine from the bathroom, along with a glass of water. I placed those by his bed, as he crawled underneath the covers, not even bothering to change out of his kaki shorts.

"Thank you for helping with him." I sincerely told Parker.

"Don't mention it." He said, giving me a half of a smile.

I walked across the room to the dresser the boys shared and began to rummage through it. I finally found a pair of gym shorts and one of Andrew's tshirts, since he and Parker looked to be about the same size.

"Are these okay? or do you prefer pants.. or..." I trailed off and waited for a response.

"Shorts are good." He replied so I tossed them to him.

"You can sleep in Andrew's bed tonight. I already sent Uncle Brant a text from Aidens phone saying your spending the night with him so you're covered." I informed him.

"Thank you." He said as he pulled his shirt off. "Is it not okay to sleep shirtless?" He asked me with a smirk, as he caught my eyes lingering on his abs.

"It doesn't matter." I responded with a shrug, as I tried to hide my blush. "Well, goodnight." I muttered.

"I think you can do better than that, Ava." Parker told me with another smirk on his lips.

"Maybe I'm just waiting on you." I responded.

"I made the first move, both times tonight." He pointed out.

"So you're wanting me to insinuate it this time?" I asked, leaning against the dresser as he moved closer.

"It would be nice.." He told me, as he stopped in front of me.

"You do realize you are asking me to kiss you, while my brother is in the room?" I said, reminding him of Aiden's presence, which caused us to both look over at my brother, who was out for the count, with his mouth hanging open as he breathed.

"I think it's safe to say he won't be beating my ass tonight." The bad boy from Texas told me, causing me to giggle. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to me, until our lips were centimeters apart. I closed my eyes and softly pressed my lips to his.

"Goodnight Parker." I whispered before I walked toward the door.

"Goodnight Ava." He told me.

I slipped outside of the room and went straight to my own. I changed into my oversized T-shirt, which was actually my daddy's, he just was never getting it back and a pair of shorts. I quickly brushed my teeth and went back to my room. I didn't even bother to take the make up off of my face, I just flopped down on my bed and sighed.

I kissed Parker Stevens. No, I didn't just kiss him, I made out with him! It was hard to believe that just a few hours before we were arguing over everything. How did we go from fighting to kissing? It didn't make any sense, but I didn't care. I was perfectly content with how things turned out.

The next morning I awoke to find Noel jumping on my bed, saying "Get up Sissy! Get up, get up!"

A look at the clock on my sidetable made me let out an audible groan. It was only 8:30 in the morning. That was far too early for her to be waking me up, especially since I had gotten in bed after three that morning.

"Go away, Noel." I mumbled, it probably sounded disoriented because I had my face buried in the pillow, but I was sure she got the hint.

"But the really cute guy is here eating breakfast." She informed me.
