Caroline had never planned to be staying in New Orleans long especially in The Abattoir but after seeing how happy Josie and Lizzie were with hope she had promised herself that she'd stay an extra week yet this promise was broken when Davina and Kol announced their plans for a wedding and Caroline's inner control-freak broke free, making it Caroline the sole organiser of the entire event only stopping for time with her daughters and to consider the visions for the wedding from the bride and groom emphasis on consider as the only idea she had taken was "Not white anything but white" a decision made to avoid remembering terrible things that occurred when Davina was chosen to be a Harvest Girl.

In had been months of planning and The Abattoir courtyard was covered in shades of purple in the most glorious and complimentative way possible but they were all chosen to be the darkest shade of purple to not outshine the centrepieces that were Davina and Kol and after numerous rehearsals, the day finally arrived. Despite Caroline being at the command of everything the day it came together it was a small gathering of the close friends of The Mikaelsons as Davina had been betrayed by the entire witch community and she hated the vampire community for leaving her so powerless up to her death, while Kol, on the other hand, had either aired his friends that died following his death or were killed by Klaus each time he was daggered and placed in a coffin, this resulted in a showing of The Mikaelsons, James, Katherine and their family, Keelin and Caroline with her daughters, Klaus had compelled staff for the event refusing to allow his brother to marry in such poor numbers including the priest chosen to marry them. Once everything was set in place and everyone was seated silence fell across the courtyard with "Here comes the bride" guide Rebekah and Davina up the aisle.

As the two women approached everyone arose to witness them, Rebekah, like her Caroline and Freya, wore a lilac bridesmaid dress with heels to match and holding a lilac to hold the whole outfit together whereas Davina wore violet, this being the obvious colour theme that Kol had chosen to signify that Davina was his Queen and in his family she'd be protected as she was true royalty, Davina had had her braided per Caroline's choices but despite this she turned out to be just as astonishingly beautiful as planned, seeing the royalty theme of purple Kol had collected flowers for her hair these being bellflowers that ran through it while a single balloon flower was placed in the centre, a centrepiece that would stand-out like she stood out the moment her met her.

Rebekah walked Davina down the aisle to Kol and the priest before returning to her siblings, Kol stood in a black suit and purple tie looking the happiest his siblings had ever seen him before as he looked in awe at how his dreams were finally coming true, him and Davina said their I do's and Davina brought tears to both Kol and herself as she spoke her vows but they were tears of joy that Kol hoped to add to with his own vows.

"From the moment I met you, you have been both my lover and my teacher,
You are my model and my accomplice,
And you are my true counterpart.
I will love you, hold you and honour you,
I will respect you, encourage you and cherish you,
In health and sickness most likely mine,
Through sorrow and success,
For all the days of my life,
In this body or another, I'll find you no matter how far a part we may be,
Cursed or blessed I'll love you no matter the form it takes just as long as our hearts remain true"

This caused Davina to burst into tears of both happiness and sadness as they finished placing the rings and kissed which allowed the guests to stand and applaud as Davina and Kol returned to them and their ombré cake, happily married "As much as I'd love to have you stay and celebrate with us brother, you have a flight to catch and Paris won't explore itself" and before Kol could question Klaus or even comprehend the kindness he was instead interrupted by the sound of a taxi horn all ready and waiting so in midst of excitement Kol and Davina left in a taxi and arrived in Paris with a car reading "Kolvina Mikaelsons, Just Married" while back in New Orleans the remaining guests celebrated happily even having small flames getting brighter as wedding fever traveled the air maybe The Mikaelsons were just beginning to grow as more members joined first Davina who would be next.
