Chapter Three

When we landed on earth I stepped out of the Tardis and onto my planet. It looked the same as we left.

"lets go" I said to the doctor as he jumped out of the Tardis and followed me down the alley.

We walked up to the restaurant where David worked and entered. The news was still on and still talking about the aliens

"hey sis. That was quick" he said

"how long have we been gone?" I asked

"just a few minuets" he said but then did a body scan on me "why are you soaking wet?"

"we went swimming" the doctor answered

"when?" David asked

"we went to a planet called Yoki" I said with a huge smile "we met a weeping angel"

"that's cool" David said as he washed the cup that I had used

"the doctor and I are going to be doing a lot more traveling" I told David and be looked up at me

"okay" he said "have fun"

I waved at David and the doctor and I walked back out into the cool summer night. The wind whipped around us and made my dark brown hair fly in the wind.

"so... how old are you?" the doctor asked me

"I'm 28" I said and smiled at him

"I'm 1206" he told me

"that's cool" I said as we turned a corner into the alley way where the Tardis sat.

"so. Where do you live?" be asked me

"just down the road" I said "I can walk there and I will meet you back here in an hour"

"okay, see you then" the doctor said to me as he walked into the Tardis. I waved at him before turning and walking to my apartment.

When I got to the door I quickly unlocked it and walked inside My cat Arthur sat on my couch licking his white furr on his paw. I ran into my bedroom and packed a bag with some clothes and other stuff inside it. I had always wanted to travel my entire life and now I was really getting to, and I was with the doctor, my idol.

i finished filling my bag and slung it over my shoulder before i ran out of my room and into my living room. i quickly filled a bag for arthur and slung it over my other shoulder. i grabbed my cat off the couch and took one last look around my apartment before running out and locking the door behind me.

when i got back to the TARDIS the doctor stood outside using his sonic screwdriver all around the brick walls. when he saw me he stopped and smiled

"nice cat" he said and gave arthur a small pat on his head

"ist he just" i asked with a smile bfore running back into the tardis. once i walked up to the center she made a soft, purr like noise

"hmmm" the doctor said as he walked up the steps "the only person she has ver done that for was river and that was because she was a time lady."

"she sounds special" i saw with a smile

"she was "the doctor said and patted the tardis gently "have you ever lost someone special?" he asked me, more serious this time

"Yes" i said and lookec at the floor

"it feels better to talk about them" the doctor said and stepped closer to me

"David is the only family i have left" i confessed "i have lost everyone who i ever cared about. my friends, my family, my husband. they all died"

"how" the doctor asked
