Chapter Twelve

"so, where are we going next?" I asked the doctor who was sitting in one of the seats staring at me

"where would you like to go?" he asked me

"can we go to paris?" i said

"we can go anywhere you like" he said to me "what season?"

"srping, so its warm, but not too warm, y'know?" i said

"sure" the doctor said and pressed a button. the tardis made her wonderful noise before she stopped, signlling that we were parked.

when i popped my head out the door i saw it was a sunny spring day with a tempature of 14, my favorite number.

I hopped out of the tardis and onto the paris ground. the doctor walked out behind me and intwined his fingers with mine. i smiled at him and we started to walk down the sidewalk. 

"lets go to the eiffle tower!" i said and pulled the doctor all the doctor down the streets until we were standing right infront of the huge thing "wow" i said with a gasp

"its amazing" he said

"this is the first time I've ever been to paris" i said

"really? i love paris, its so beautiful" the doctor commented

"lets go to a museam" i said happily

the doctor smiled at me and we walked down the beautiful streets of paris until we came to a museum not far from where we were.

we walked through the crowded halls and admired all the art work until we got bored and decided to go get cofee. 

we were walking down the street hand in hand drinking our coffee, this day was calm and there was nobody who needed our help, i was thankful for that. the doctor and i needed a day off.

"so, would you consider this a date?" he asked

"yes" i said

"so, are we dating?" he asked

"yes" i replied

"yay" he said, like a child on christmas

i just smiled and kept walking

Doctor's P.O.V.

she looked so beautiful in the afternoon light of paris drinking her coffee. i couldnt beleive that a small crush turned into... this.

she smiled at me her beautiful smile as we sat down on a bench and she threw away her coffee cup. we watched the sun set as we sat in silence, but it was a good silence.

i felt her red lips place themslevs on mine and  hand wrap around my neck. i put my hand on her back and pulled her closer. i really liked kissing her, i didnt know why.

when she pulled away she smiled at me and hugged me. we stayed like that for a while, hugging, until the sun was completely down and we were left in the darkness. 

Ruby stood up first and pulled me along the sidewalk back to the TARDIS. when we got back she sat inone of the chairs and smiled at me.

"where do you want to go now?" i asked her

"I've never been to Vegas" she replied with a smile

"lets go to Vegas then" i said with a smile

"okay, just let me get changed" Ruby said and hopped up from her seat and ran into her bedroom.

I smiled and looked down at the consol. my TARDIS had talked to her, but how? i felt like there was something Ruby was hiding, and it was important. 

I kept thinking back to what River had said on the beach, about Ruby being an important part of history. what was she going to do?

when Ruby came out of her room she was wearing a black Jack Daniels t-shirt and bluw jeans. she had on cowbow boots and a leather bracelet. she had on red lipstick and black eyeshadow and on her finger was a turqoise ring. she looked really pretty.

"lets go" she cheered as she hopped down the steps and walked over to me

I nodded and grabbed her hand. I pulled her out of the TARDIS and out into the street. It was night and the wind was warm. I'm guessing its summer. She smiled at me a d pulled me down the street to a building with bright blinking lights on it, on a big sign it said 'Casino' in large letters. What's a casino?

When we entered we saw people playing different games and pulling levers. I could tell already by the noise and the waitresses, that I wasn't going to like this.

We ran back into the TARDIS laughing our heads off. I think both of us had had a little too much to drink. Ruby sat on the floor and leaned up against the TARDIS consol.

"I'm tired" she said with a yawn

"lets go to bed then" I replied and dropped her over my shoulder to carry her to her room.

When we got there I set her on her bed and she kicked her bots and jeans off, then wrapped herself inside the covers. After a second she was already asleep and I went back to my room.

Ruby's P.O.V

"where's dad?" I asked David who was sitting at the end of my bed

"he went to get us food" he replied

Then we heard the front door slam shut and heavy footsteps coming up the stairs and down the hall. They stopped at my bedroom.

The door opened and my dad stood there with an evil smile on his face.

"I hope you like the new house" he said as be walked into my room

"she does" David said and stood up so dad couldn't get to me

"let me see my daughter" dad growled at David

"I stopped being your daughter the second you pulled the trigger on her" I snapped at him "the only woman in the entire world that loved us and you killed her"

"you can't speak to me like that!" he yelled

"I can speak to you however I want" I snapped back

Dad grabbed my neck with his hands and shoved me against the wall with violent force "say sorry" he whispered

"no!" I yelled in his face

I woke up tl the sound of my own screaming. My head hurt a lot and I found myself gasping for air and holding my chest as tears fell from my face and landed softly on my bed.

I sat up and looked around my room. It felt empty, like something was missing. I just didn't know what.

I stood up from my bed and walked into my bathroom where I saw my reflection in the mirror. My brown hair was tangled and stuck to the wet tears falling from my eyes. My face was streaked with black lines from my eyeliner and my lipstick was smudged. I was in nothing but my underwear and tank top and it was freezing in here for some reason.

I quickly pulled my hair out of my face and into a messy ponytail. I grabbed some makeup remover from the counter and wiped my face of all the messy makeup. I sighed

I needed to tell him the truth.

But I couldn't.

Very short chapter, its just a filler and I have writers block so just hang on. I have an idea for this book and I will use it soon. I am so sorry if these chapters suck, but if you like them vote and comment, it would really help me out. Thanks for reading.
