There'll be times you can't bare to smile.
There'll be times when the tears will just fall.
There'll be times your heart will break.
There'll be times friendships will end.
There'll be times you wish you were younger.
There'll be times you wish you were older.
Things are difficult and hardly ever fair.
You have to take time to make decisions.
Things will take more thought than they use to.
There will be many endings.
There may be very few beginnings.
Throughout it all, you must stay strong.
Sometimes you try to smile, even if you can't.
Sometimes you scream into a pillow.
Sometimes you hug a Teddy bear to death.
Sometimes you gaze through old school photos.
Sometimes you sleep with the nightlight on.
Sometimes you dress up and drink coffee.
Things won't get much easier, but they'll be worth it.
Dance in the rain.
Sing at the top of your lungs.
Kiss slowly.
Hug tightly.
Remember how it feels to be yourself and don't be anybody else.
