It's funny how we can still want something so badly, when we know it's a mistake.
It's funny how we can still have dreams that startle us awake and into tears.
It's funny how we can still be connected in some way, but I can't explain.
It's funny how I could move on like I know you have, but I don't want to.
It's funny how they say I'm stupid for giving second chances.
It's funny how I will always be this scared little girl.
It's funny how my thoughts occupy so much of my time now.
It's funny that I never saw how much things would change.
