I walk behind him and slap him on the back of the head and glare at him "that was so uncalled for!......" still blushing, I move back to the tent and sit down in front of it on a log Teldryn put there last night. "you seemed to enjoy it" he teases and grabs his helmet "did not!" pouts like a child and crosses my arms, avoiding looking at him. He rubs the back of his head and smiles, knowing he's right. "well, I may have gone a bit far, but it was all in fun" chuckles and sits next to me.

We didn't talk for about an hour but that was mostly because he was swimming and I was reading a book called "Beggar Prince". Once he got out though I looked up and spoke "why haven't you told me about yourself?" . He looked at me with that "look" and I knew he was about to be a smart ass. "you've never asked" he smiles but doesn't finish what he was going to say and I was shocked, for once he held back a smart ass comment. "well I'm asking now, could you tell me some stuff about you?" I asked and closed my book, putting it in my knapsack next to my log. "well..." he sits down next to me, not bothering to put a shirt on "I grew up in the city of Blacklight, the capital of Morrowind. at one point I decided to move to Windhelm  but I left shortly after to raven rock and been here ever since" drying off with a towel, he sits upright. "what did you do in Skyrim?" "I was a mercenary even though I was young, it was something that got me by I guess, I worked for a nord, the typical type too. He had tattoos on his face, wore animal pelts ya know, the traditional type. He had an insatiable bloodlust and was extremely stubborn, he was one of the toughest employers I've ever had.". "why did you stay with him?.." asking quietly as he finishes drying off. "simple... he paid well. very well. one day we cleared out a ruined fort near whitrun and when we got outside, we saw a bandit galloping away on horseback. we tracked and chased the bandit for three days, eventually arriving at what the largest bandit encampment id ever seen. I took one look at my boss and he had the most menacing grins he'd ever seen. at that moment, I knew id never see him again. no amount of money would be worth that kind of death. After that I came back to my home of solstheim where I worked as a mercenary till we met.". he puts his shirt back on and stands up to put his helmet in the tent and I follow. He sits on his bedroll and I sit on mine next to him. "you had and interesting past..." "well now that I told you mine, you gotta tell me yours" he smiles and nudges me. "my past isn't really anything special, I told you what happened to me that night but other than that, I really just lived on a farm away from town since we were a mixed race..." talks quietly and looks down at the memory of the site of my house burning to the ground. I can tell he's uncomfortable now by the way he isn't moving and I look up. "sorry, I get depressed when thinking about that..." "I know, we've been together for a year now so I how you get on certain things.". smiles and laughs "we've been together? sorry but I think you're supposed to tell the other person or ya know....ask them" laughs harder and nudges him in the side. I think this was the first time I've seen him blush and he look around the tent embarrassed. "aww, you look so cute when you blush" teases him. "keep this up and ill put you back in the position again" says sternly and looks directly at me. with this I shut up immediately "that's what I though" Teldryn laughs and lays down probably tired from swimming I guess. I lay down and drift off into a nap, rolling over to my side with my back facing him.
