Have you ever had some parents crush your life
Using this imaginary scythe
It hangs over you head to torment you
I know it only happens to a few

Why do these parents have to be so cruel
When you try to defend, they make you look like a fool
You try and try to stand your ground
But it is like they have a hammer ready to pound

They leave you in your sorrows, in a puddle of tears
When all you have left is nothing but your fears
When they are not even doing this to you, but your friend
All you can do for them is defend

So parents, stop the heartache for both your kid and there friends
Because you don't know who exactly you are hurting from your punishment
It affects others even though you think you're affecting only your own child.
So parents think before you do what is best for your children.

I know most of you guys that read this are thinking "Hannah, why are you putting this up. We don't have kids!" Well I put this up because my one friend and me are hurting just because of a parents decision. So if you could show this to your parents, so they can remember who all there affecting by there punishment.

Thank you. Bye
