- Make sure you have all the school supplies you need like a good school bag, lined paper, pencils, etc.

- Start going to bed earlier. You need to get back into the routine of going to bed and waking up early.

- Put an outfit together for the first day. Maybe even for the rest of the week

- Write down some goals you have for the school year for motivation.

- Remind yourself that when school starts, summers over. Meaning no more sleeping in and relaxing.
