Sur ig spring/summer break we tend to stay up too late and end up having a habit of gong to bed at 3am+ in the morning and sleeping until 1/2.

-Melatonin. Take a lotta melatonin. Knocks u out.

-Stay up from the time you wake up to the next day at 9pm. This is risky because you might accidentally nap mid day. But when it's time for you to sleep, you'll be tired
