-buy promos! there's nothing wrong with getting a boost from a bigger page! you'll get increased traffic to your page & will probably get on explore !
-join engagement groups with pages that have around the same followers as you. these are ig dm groups where you like & comment under each other's post to increase explore page chances
-join gain/follow trains
-promote your page on your other social media platforms
-do sfs with pages that have the same amount of followers as you
-don't expect it to happen. the more i expected a post to get on explore, it didn't. when i stopped expecting, it did
