-Go outside for an hour everyday, if you have school or can't for some reason, leave all the windows in ur room open.
-Repeat positive affirmations to yourself every morning ex: I love myself, today will be good, I am more than good enough
-Look in the mirror every day and find three new things you love about your body and 3 that you love about hr personality ex: I'm able bodied, my hair is pretty, my lips aren't chapped. I'm smart, nice, and sympathetic
-Start writing out your feelings or seeing a therapist. Even venting on a finsta will help.
-Eat more fruits and veggies. Emotions are controlled by hormones which are controlled by how much nutrients/vitimins/etc that ur getting from food. Maybe have a fruit salad for breakfast and a smoothie as a snack. Veggies and rice is my fave meal.
-Go for a walk, do sit ups, do some form of exercise every morning. It'll wake you up and make you feel like you've h something that day.
-Lastly, keep a clean room or home. It will help you keep a clear head.
