When it comes to gaining followers, the easiest and quickest route is to buy shoutouts from other pages. Here's how to know if you are investing in a good shoutout or one that won't bring any followers :(
-Check amount of likes/comments someone has on their photos if you want a promo from them. If they have almost no likes or comments, their followers are probably fake.
-Also ask the acc owner for screenshots of the number of views they get on stories and posts. If they won't send them. Their stuff probably doesn't get many views. In that case, you wouldn't gain many active followers.
-Make sure they haven't scammed people in the past. Ask around your social media community if this person is safe to buy from. Do they always go through with the promo or do they take your money and block u? It's happened to me before
-Try to get the cheapest price. Some people will recognize someone that's new to ig and up the price on them. 10k promo is usually around $2-5, 20k is around $5-10 and on up. Think how much you would personally charge if you had that number of followers.
