Chapter 10: it was like a fairy tale...

As I was walking to the music room, I heard someone singing, it sounded really familiar. I walked into the room and saw Jai sitting on a chair holding his guitar, playing perfect two and singing it. He looked up and smiled at me and said, “Hi Angel.” “Hi Jai,” I said with a nervous giggle. “What are you doing here?” asked Jai. “Um, Kate told me I needed to come here.” I said smiling. Jai got down from the chair and started to walk towards me. At this point I was getting really nervous, I was remembering everything that Lilly, Kate and Bridgette had said. He came up to me, faced his head to the floor and said in a quiet voice, “Angel, will you go out with me?” and then he slowly looked up at me. I started to giggle, and then I said, “of course I will Jai.” He looked up at me smiled and gave me a massive hug, and then something happened that I didn’t think would happen, we kissed. It was amazing, and of course it was my first kiss and I was so happy to have shared it with Jai. We decided to go back to the group and tell them the news. As we were walking back, Jai and I walked hand in hand, while we talked about x factor and everything that will happen. Once we arrived at the group everyone stared at us and smiled. “We are getting married!” Jai announced sarcastically throwing his hands in the air laughing. Everyone laughed and congratulated us with sarcasm. Jai seemed happier and all the boys were patting him on the back. Brooke and Kate came over to me and gave me a hug and I told them all about the kiss. Jai then asked me, “you know when I was telling you about that perfect girl in science?” I blushed and said, “yeah.” “That was you.” Jai said laughing. I smiled and said, “Oh really? I didn’t want to get my hopes up and then be disappointed.” I finished, slipping my hand into his and giving a slight giggle.
