Christmas *Newt Scamander x Reader*

[Y/C/c] = Your coat colour
[T/N] = Teddy Name

"Newt... Today is Christmas and I would like to go outside instead of cuddling with you 'till we both fall asleep." I said. He cutely grinned at me. "Where would you like to go, my dear?"
There is only one place, I would like to go to, the Christmas tree, near the shopping mall. "I really want to go to the tall Christmas tree near the huge Mall..." I quietly told him.
Newt nodded and told me, that we could go there, after we fed his "friends".
After everyone of them was happy, we went out of his suitcase.
Newt helped me putting on my [Y/C/c] coat, which was really sweet of him.
"[Y/N] do you need your scarf?" I kindly denied. As we left our apartment, he grabbed my hand for the first time, even though we've been together for one whole year.
In his other hand was his Suitcase, just in case someone would try to escape.
While we were going to the tree, Newt suddenly started to blush.
"[Y/N]... You look wonderful today."
That made my heart beat fast... Now my cheeks turned red. "T-thanks... You look magnificent yourself." I quietly whispered. As we finally arrived at the destination, I was surprised how tall the tree really was.
Newt used the opportunity to place his hand on my reddened cheek and gently pulled me closer. "Merry Christmas." He said and kissed me.
Shortly after the kiss ended we hugged each other. "Merry Christmas, Newt!" We both went to a bench to enjoy some more time together.
Right as we sat down, he got a little box out of his coat and handed the box to me. "I got this for you... I thought you might like it." He stumbled. I carefully opened the box and saw a little brown teddy. "Ahh Newt~  he's adorable." I squealed.
"I'm glad that you like him." I kinda felt bad because his present was still in the apartment. "Your present is still in our kitchen." He told me that he could wait, until we got back home.
"I think I'm calling the teddy, [T/N]."
I closed the box and placed it into my coat, as Newt said that he liked the name. For the rest of the night we were talking about everything that came in our heads... It was the best night we've ever had.

Sorry if he's OOC.... Maybe I should finish reading the book, lul. Anyway it just came into my mind and I thought it was really adorable. <3
