5 and a bit months later.

"Hey your early where's Cassie?" Cisco asked as caitlin approached him.

"My mum's looking after her today she litrally forced me out the house her exact words were 'go look after your husband he might wake up today' I swear it's just another exscuse so she can spend time with cassie"

"She is her grandmother" cisco replied.

"I guess"

"Any changes?"

"Nope not even one" cisco sighed.

Caitlin sighed sadly and walked over to Barrys bed taking notes down of his heart rate and blood pressure but she knew what the results would be they'd been the same for 9 months.

She pressed a kiss to barrys tempel and walked back over to the computers.

Cisco started playing the song poker face "what are you doing?"

"He likes this song"

Caitlin rolled her eyes "no he doesn't he hates this song you love this song" cisco just shrugged and started mumberling the lyrics.

Caitlin rolled her eyes and went back to work.

Barry shot up with a gasp.

Cisco jumped "oh god he's awake"

Caitlin stood there frozen he was awake she quickly snapped out of her thoughts when he started pulling the wires off his body.

"where am I?"

"Your at STAR labs dude" cisco explained.

"STAR labs? Why wheres my shirt?"

Barry climed of the bed and froze at the sight of caitlin and smiled a little.

"I know you I met you...last week it was raining you kissed me then you ran away...you wouldn't tell me your name"

Caitlin swolled past the sob that treated to escape her lips "that was 5 years ago"

He just stared at her "are your serious you've got to be joking because I couldn't have I would have remebered 5 years of my life"

"You've been in a coma" cisco explained

"For 5 years?!"

"No for 9 months"

"9 months as in like...wow"

"You really don't know who I am?" Caitlin asked her voice a little shaky.

Barry shook his head "we only met  the once and you didn't even tell me your name...Did I meet you again?"

Caitlin struggled to fight her emotions "whats the last thing you remember?" she whispered.

"Ummm getting home from work and going to bed wait no I ate a sandwich first"

"Whats your full name?"

"Bartholomew Henry allen"

"Whats your family's names?"

"I don't have much family I have jo iris and my dad"

Caitlin nodded stiffly "so you don't have a wife?"

Barry frowned and shook his head "no I don't...why?"

"What year is it?"

"2012"

Caitlin shook her head "its 2017"

Barry just gapped at her "you serious?! am I on a game show or something because this isn't funny?!"

Caitlin shook her head "I wish this wasn't real"

Barry looked at cisco who just nodded "oh shi...I need to be going..."  barry said standing up and pulling the STAR labs hoddie that cisco had gotten him over his head "my-my family will want to see me thankyou for well... everything"

And with that he was gone caitlin let the tears fall from her eyes and cisco hugged her.

"He doesn't remeber me or you or Cassie he's never going to see his daughter grow up"

Half an hour later barry came back "I don't know where I live my old apartment building is gone and jo isn't home" he addmitted sheepishly.

Cisco looked at caitlin and she just nodded silantly "Jo, Iris and her husband Eddie have gone to Spain for the month jo won this competition thing they left yesterday" cisco explained.

"You can stay here if you'd like or you could come stay with me or Caitlin..."

Caitlin gleared at him "or you know not stay with caitlin because cassie will keep you up all night I mean she crys like..." caitlin elbowed cisco in the ribs "Ow! What was that for?"

"No one says a bad word against my daughter" she snapped.

Barry chuckled "you have a daughter?"

Caitlin nodded "she's almost 6 months old" it broke her on the inside he really didn't rembered.

Barry nodded "I guess I'll stay here if it's not much trouble"

"I'll set a bed up" cisco volunteered.

"And I will go get big belly burger" caitlin mumbled
