Eating Disorder

Society expects girls and now even boys or non-bianaries to be skinny. This leads to eating disorders such as throwing up your food or just not eating at all.

I suffered from lack if eating cus I felt so bad about myself. Heres a tip for those who want be skinny:

If you feel like you should lose weight, don't do it for society or other pwople. Live for yourself. If you wanna lose weight for yourself, great! If you are happy how you are, more damn power to you!

A good way to loose weight without unhealthy disorders is cutting your food. Eat whatever the he'll you want, just not as much. Instead of eating 3 or more slices a pizza, try eating maybe two. As you cut down your food, your body gets used to not over eating. But don't go as far as starving yourself cud then your body starts eating off your extra fat just to be able to walk.

Be careful not to push too hard, and live for yourself cud at th end of the day? You are beautiful inside  and out. Even if others don't see it.

You matter. Remember that.
