As the boys rose out from the stage and began singing "All Time Low" my heart stopped. They sounded better than I ever thought they could. As song shifted to song, I sang along with all of the other girls screaming from the audience. As "Gold Forever" began Nathan's gaze wandered over to my section of the arena. He stopped looking, and I felt like he was staring at me. Knock it off Emma. Every girl in this area thinks that too. His eyes were amazing. Stop it! He's a famous singer in a famous band. As he sang

Butterflies, butterflies...we were meant to fly,

You and I, you and I... colors in the sky,

We could rule the world someday, somehow but we'll never be as bright as we are now.

It felt like he was singing to me. I felt like my heart would explode. Whoa. I needed to calm myself down. My heart was racing as I ran those three lines over and over again in my head. I wanted more than anything for him to have been singing to me. I was insane.

"Emma, was it just me or was he singing that to you?" My friend Izzie, Isabelle if you had a death wish, leaned over and screamed right into my ear so I could hear her.

"Nah, he could have been looking at you," I said my hopes rising.

"No, I'm sure he was looking at you." I started screaming along as "Warzone" began, trying to scream out my happiness. Again, I felt Nathan's gaze meet mine. It took all I had not to pass out then and there from happiness. As the concert ended, a couple security guards walked over to me and my friends.

"Excuse us," one of them said as they scooted through the crowds of people, "um miss," he said to me and I shot around as he touched my shoulder, "I need you to come with me." I flipped out. Had I done something wrong? Why was security walking me away from my friends who suddenly ran out of the arena like they were guilty of murder? They led me back to an area that I hadn't noticed on the way in. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. It was a text from Izzie.

To: Emma

Hey. We kinda tried to break into the dressing room earlier while you went to the toilet. Sorry, we thought they were coming for us.

I didn't realize I had let out a laugh as I read the text. That's why my friends had been so edgy all night.

"Hello there," I heard someone with a strong British accent say behind me and I whipped around.
