Those Blue Eyes

I was in my pajamas, eating some cereal when the Salvatore brothers walked into the kitchen. They both got some blood out of the fridge then sat down in front of me. "So what do you know about Katherine Pierce?" Stefan asked me. Ooh are they finally going to tell me where my bestie is?

"The infamous doppelgänger who turned you two, just so happens to be my best friend." I answered.

"Who do you not know? First the Originals know Katherine." Damon said sarcastically.

"Oh I have a lot of connections." I said with a small smirk.

"Alright, well Damon and I are going to pay her a visit. You wanna tag along?" Stefan said with a smile. He's so adorable, I just wanna pinch his cheeks.

"Why not? Let me change first." After finishing my breakfast, I went into Stefan's room to look for some more clothes. I really need to go shopping, but I don't know where anything is in this town. Maybe I'll go explore Mystic Falls later...

I put on a plaid button up shirt with a white tank top and a pair of jeans. I put on some ankle boots then left with Stefan and Damon.

We stopped in the middle of the woods near some old ruins. "Where the hell are we?" I murmured.

"The Old Fell's Church, there's a tomb underneath it that's housing Katherine." Stefan replied. Darn vampires, they always hear everything.

"How are you guys keeping her down there? Katerina would've broken out by now." I asked curiously. We were in the tomb now in front of a stone door.

"It's magically sealed to keep vampires in once they enter." Damon replied. Good so I can get in.

Stefan and Damon used their strength to pull the door to the side. Katerina sulked out from the corner and faced us. Her eyes widened in surprise once she saw me.

"Please...come on in. There's plenty of room for all of us." She said, her voice was raspy. She probably hasn't feed in a while.

"I'd rather poke my eyes out." Damon responded.

"Mmm, they're such pretty eyes." She said. I nodded my head in agreement and Stefan gave me a look which I just shrugged off. What? He does have pretty eyes.

"We're here for the moonstone." Stefan demanded.

"Hmm, so you switched sides Vanessa. Didn't see that coming. If you want this," Katherine said raising the moonstone,"get your witch to hocus pocus me out of here." I need to talk to her before she blows my cover.

"Look guys she's obviously not going to give it up. Let me talk to her and see if we can come to an agreement." I said to the Salvatores.

Damon's face immediately frowned at the thought of me being alone with Katerina, but he eventually caved. "Fine. Call us if she tries anything." I nodded at him then headed deep into the cave with Katerina.

We were in a gated off section of the cavern that had torches on the walls giving off a minimal amount of light. "So what happened with you and Klaus? Are you guys having a lovers quarrel?" Katerina said mockingly. I rolled my eyes at her comment.

"No," I responded,"I was with Elijah, retrieving the doppelgänger, when the Salvatores swooped in and took me. So now I'm stuck here acting like I'm helping Elena until Niklaus arrives."
