I woke up to the feeling of a soft kiss. As I opened my eyes I saw Damon's staring back at me. Taking in my surroundings, I realized that we both were naked in my bed as the memories from last night started to flood my head. Damon apologizing, our long night of passion, then falling asleep in his arms. This wasn't right. Why did I do this? I should be committed to Niklaus.Well he hasn't committed to me, over a thousand years of being together and we aren't married yet. But that shouldn't matter, what I did was wrong, but it felt so right....
"We can't do this again." I said to Damon causing him to frown.
"Why not? We both agreed last night that we had feelings for each other. Is it because of Elena?" He asked worried.
"I'm dating someone else..." I said reluctantly. His face changed from surprised to sad in a matter of seconds. "But that doesn't mean I don't have feelings for you too Damon. If my boyfriend found out about this," I said pointing between us, "he would probably kill you."
"He shouldn't be your boyfriend if you're scared of him Vanessa." Damon said calmly.
"He doesn't scare me, I'm scared of what he might do to you..." Damon sighed to my response and got out of the bed. He started putting his clothes back on before I stopped him. "Where are you going?"
"As far away from you as possible. I can't be around you anymore Vanessa! You make me feel things I've never felt, not even with Elena. It's best for us to have some space." He said. Once Damon slammed the door behind him I let the tears flow.
I'm so torn. Niklaus feels like home to me, we've been together for so long. Damon on the other hand is new and different, interesting. I'm such a horrible person for doing this to them. Niklaus doesn't even know about me and Damon. Once he finds out he's gonna kill Damon. What would he do to me? I'm the one who cheated, would he hurt me?
I finally decided to stop crying about my problems and start my already horrible day. I got dressed (A/N: Outfit below) and headed downstairs to make some breakfast, hoping that I wouldn't see Damon.

After I ate I decided to pay Katerina a visit. As I walked down the tomb steps I heard Damon and Stefan's voices. What are they doing down here? "You two are surprisingly calm, considering Klaus will hunt you down and kill you if you mess with his little plan. Oh hey Vanessa." Katerina said making my presence known. Damon's eyes met mine and we stood there for a few seconds not saying a word, showing our hurt in silence.
"What happened between you two?" Stefan asked, breaking our silence.
"We had sex now it's weird." Damon said with a hint of sarcasm.
"I came to see Katerina but you seemed to beat me to it." I said flatly, hiding any emotion in my voice. The brunette's eyes widened in surprise. I mouthed 'later' to her so that I could explain myself.
