Chapter 7

  Chase was finally in Foggy Bottom and he was heading to where Ryder told him to meet him. Ryder took the blindfolds off the pups and said "I want you to watch what I do to Chase and you'll be next!" while patting the sledgehammer. All the pups were worried that if Chase didn't see the sledgehammer then that would be it for Chase. But little did they know was that Chase saw everything through the window and as Ryder was standing there by the door with the sledgehammer ready, he was upset.

  Chase went to the door and opened the it, then ran really fast inside avoiding the sledgehammer and Ryder dropped it. "You dumb dog!" said Ryder upset. Chase charged at Ryder taking him down and began to hammer down on Ryder but Ryder pushed him off, but Chase tackled Ryder down and started punching Ryder in the face even more causing Ryder to crawl away. Chase wasn't going to let Ryder get away that easy and he speared Ryder into some boxes, and the pups tried to see if Chase was ok, and he was.

  Chase went to untie the pups until they told Chase to look out as Ryder tried to hit him with the sledgehammer again but Chase ducked and Ryder ran into a tire and the sledgehammer bounced off and hit Ryder in the face, knocking him out. Chase then untied the pups and they all hugged him, and he hugged back. They were heading out of the door until Chase saw Ryder asking for help, he knew what Ryder did was wrong, but he was still their owner. So Chase tried to help Ryder up, and when he did, Ryder popped Chase in the face with the sledgehammer, knocking Chase out, and Ryder poured gasoline everywhere and lighting the building on fire, leaving Chase to burn in the building.
