"Castiel, you're here." You said in a weak voice. You were in an incredible amount of pain, and your new found wound had caused you to lose a lot of blood. Cas quickly pulled his angel blade out of the dead angels back and wiped it on the angels coat. He then rushed to your side and grabed you before you fell completely on the floor. You had not even noticed that you were falling.

"Y/n, its okay. You will be fine." Cas said as he pulled you up off of the floor. He sat you down on the bed, and turned to the door to lock it. After all the commotion there should have been nurses hear any second, and Cas did not particularly need them to find you both with a dead body.

Turning back to you Cas started to inspect your new wound. "This will need stitches." He said in his monotone voice, turning around again and walking to some cabinets on the other side of the room. He started going though them. Once he found what he needed he came back to you and began to clean your wound.

"Why are you not with the Winchesters y/n? If you were with them you not be in this situation." Cas said as he began to stitch the wound up.

"Ow!" You say when Cas starts to pull the needle through your skin. "I left them, I do not need them to protect me." You respond, trying to fight off tears. The pain was awful, and combined by the pain from your other injuries it seemed even worse.

"Y/n, you should not have left them, you need their protection. That's why I sent them to find you." Cas said in an angry tone. He finished stitching you up, and began to pace the room.

"But Castiel they cannot help me. I need to get my grace back, and restore the angels to heaven. You are the only one who can help me." You said to Cas as he paced. He looked angry, but you did not know why.

"This is my fault y/n not yours. I do not want you to get hurt." Cas said. He had stopped pacing, and started staring at his shoes. "I will find both of our grace, and restore the angels to heaven." He said looking up at you with a look of determination on his face.

"Castiel I want to help you-" you had started to say before you were cut off.

"No y/n, I don't need your help. What I need is for you to be safe. That means you are going with the Windchesters. You know almost nothing about this world, you won't last on your own." He said forcefully. He made his way to the phone on the table beside your bed. He picked up the receiver, and began dialing a number.

"Dean, y/n is at Leewood Genreal Hospital, in Farefiled Mississippi. Come and get her, and this time don't let her out of your sight." Their was a pause while Cas waited for Dean to finish talking. "Hurry up Dean." That's all he said before hanging up the phone."They will be here in about thirty minutes, I suggest you get some rest, before they get here. I will take care of the body."

Cas turned, picked up the body, and put it in a metal cart that was outside the room. The cart had a cabinet at the bottom big enough to hide the body. He then proceeded to clean up the evidence from the fight. He moved the machines around to help hide the broken wing scorch marks on the floor. He got a bunch of rags and used them to clean up the blood that was on the floor. When he was done you could hardly tell there was ever anything wrong in the room.

"Castiel, I want to help you, please let me." You pleaded with him hopping that he would change his mind. He looked at you with sad eyes and shook his head.

"No y/n, this is my burden to bare. I have already ruined your life enough, I won't ruin it anymore." He walked over too you and handed you your angel blade. "Here, the nurses took this off of you when you were brought in. Keep it with you." He said. Then he turned on his heel and walked to the door. He turned back around looking at you, with one hand on the door. "Please stay with the Winchesters, they will keep you safe from all the rouge angels." And with that he left.

Now you were on your own for the next few minutes. You were angry at Castiel, for leaving you to the Winchesters. You wanted to help him, so he did not have to do this by himself. But he left you here, and you were to hurt to follow.

The ordeal with the angel left you exhausted, so you decided to rest till the Winchesters came and got you. So you closed you eyes and fell into a dreamless sleep.
