Chapter 14

Mia POV
We were finally arriving at the airport, I can't wait for Paris. Uncle Leo is letting us ride in his private jet, he doesn't like the attention. As we passed security check, paparazzi appeared. I don't like paparazzi, they start shitty rumors about celebrities.

My mum and Uncle Leo didn't seem to notice so I had to tell them. "Mum!" I yelled. "Yes Mia?"
"Just want to let you know paparazzi are following us.. from all directions" I exhaled as I picked up my pace.

"Shit!" My mum mumbled under her breath as she ran towards Uncle Leo who was in front of us with the boys.

Kate POV
Why does paparazzi have to ruin our lives? Thank God Mia I informed me before I did something stupid. As I ran towards Leo, one of the paparazzi people unexpectedly ran in front of me. I tried stopping but I fell instead.

Everything I carried was scattered around the floor. I saw Leo turn around and come to me. Unfortunately, paparazzi caught everything.. and they were still snapping pictures. "Stop!" I said as I covered my face. I wanted them to quit snapping pictures, I thought it was disrespectful.

"Sweetie are you alright?" Leo said as he checked my body for any bruises. "Yeah I'm fine, thanks" I replied placing my hand on his face. Leo helped me up and helped me gather my things. The kids were standing aside Leo's stuff to make sure nobody took them.

Leo POV
The least I wanted for Kate is for her to get hurt. I don't know how she fell but I knew it had to do with paparazzi. As we made our way to my jet, the paparazzi cleared, thank God! "Kate sweetheart, how did you fall?" I asked as we boarded the jet. "A member of the paparazzi ran into me as he took pictures, and I lost my balance and fell" Kate whined.

"They're assholes for that" I snapped. "But all that matters is that you're alright baby" I added as I came closer to Kate. I leaned in for a kiss, until I was interrupted. Kate placed her finger on my lip. "Can we ?" Kate asked looking around. "Yes babe, paparazzi are gone" I giggled. She smiled and our lips met. There was no sign of it ending.

Mia POV
I was the last one to aboard the jet, I stayed to pick up my mums wallet that fell from her purse. Thank God I spotted it, who knows what could've happened to my mums credit cards and the money she had in her bank account.

As I waked into the jet, I saw my mum and Uncle Leo kissing, again. I awkwardly walked passed them and went into a room. I decided not to interrupt their 'little moment' because they seemed like they were enjoying it.

Kate POV
I finally pulled away. "Are the kids on the plane yet?" I asked. Leo nodded as his hands were still placed on my waist. I never really liked it when Ned touched me like that. I'm really tender, but with Leo it's a different story. He's just... so, I don't know.

Everything about him is flawless in any way. I just gazed at him in awe, and he looked deep into my eyes. Ugh! How lucky am I, to have Leonardo DiCaprio all to myself? I can name at least 4 billion other women who'd like to be in my position. Its crazy how beautiful Leo is!

"We should sit down sweetheart" Leo said snapping me out of my thoughts. "Oh y-yes that sounds great, I mean sure" I said awkwardly, failing to convince him that I wasn't 'daydreaming'. He just laughed and placed his arm around me. Even though this flight won't be very long, I wanted to spend it next to my favorite human (other than my kids).

Leo POV
The plane began taking off and Kate and I were in a secret room in the back. There was a couch, a large flat screen, and a small bar. Kate and I snuggled under a blanket while we watched TV.

Kate's kids were hanging in another area where they had access to a play room. For the meantime I was with my world, my lady, my Kate.

Kate POV
We were in the airport and it was pretty dark outside. I checked my phone and it was 7:23. Still not too late, but I was tired. Leo rented a car and we put all our bags in the trunk. Mia buckled up Bear and Joe sat there very sleepy. I hopped into the passenger seat and Leo in the driver's.

As we drove to our destination, we passed by the Eiffel Tower, it was so grand and beautiful. The lights placed on it sparkled like stars on a dark night. It was amazing!

As we reached our destination, I was shocked. I expected an average hotel, but Leo went all out. He rented out a 2 story house with an upstairs deck. It was so grand, I was speechless. It was big enough to pass as a mansion. We were only going to stay a week and I never expected to stay here.

I turned to Leo and he did too. "Do you like it?" He said with a cheeky smile. "I love it!" I shouted as I ran out of the car. The kids followed me and explored the front lawn. "Mummy its big!" Bear shouted as he rolled around on the grass. Joe and Mia went inside.

Leo came behind me and wrapped his arm around me and kissed my cheek. "You impressed me Mr. DiCaprio" I winked. He smiled and led me inside as he held my hand.

Mia POV
You don't understand how impressed I am. This house was amazing, I ran up to one of their rooms and looked out of the balcony. The view was perfect, I took out my phone and snapped a picture, it was breathtaking.

Uncle Leo sure wanted to impress my mum. I was still unsure of why he chose Paris as a traveling place instead of another city. He's been talking about it for the past month, he probably has something planned. I mean it is nicknamed the 'City of Love'. My friends parents got engaged in Paris, but I don't know what to expect!

Kate POV
Leo led me into the Master Bedroom, it was beautiful. It was very well furnished and had a large balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. "Wow" I gasped as I took a look at the view of the city. I walked into the balcony and Leo followed me up. I rested my arms on the rail and looked into the horizon.

I looked over to Leo and he gave me a smile, his blue eyes sparkling at the same time. He looked stunning, I mean when does he not?! "I love it babe" I whispered as I gripped my hand with his. He pulled me closer and cupped my face. I placed my arms around him. "It's so beautiful" I added rubbing my nose with his. He kissed me, passionately. "But not as beautiful and stunning as you my dear"
