Drew heard a loud crash. He went out of the kitchen and saw his brother, George, laughing. Drew growled.

"Okay. No more alcohol for you." Drew said coming over to him.

"I ain't going to listen to you, Broski." George said, his words slurring. Drew made George sit down.

"Yes you are. Dad's going to be so mad when you come home-"

"If I come home. I don't feel like seeing them today." Drew sighed. He cleaned up the mess George made.

Drew saw Harper and the girl she was with that morning, come in from the rooftop door.

He walked over to them. "Harper, you told me you wouldn't use that door." Drew smiled.

"Hey, I wanted to see if it worked. Obviously it works." Harper waved around at the place.

Drew watched Scar look around in awe. "This place looks amazing..." She said.

"You haven't been here before, Scar?" Harper laughed.

"I'm poor!" Scar said laughing with her. Drew blushed.

"How about you hang with us Drew and Scar won't say anything about the door.

"It's a tempting offer, but I'm still on the job." Drew said.

"Drew, isn't it your shift over?" Harper pointed to a clock. Drew looked at his watch.

"Oh...Its been over for an hour...I guess I was so focused on George destroying the place, I didn't look at the time. Let me change and then we'll hang." Drew went to the back and changed into a white button up shirt and jeans.

He came out and walked over to Harper and Scar. Harper shook her head. She stood up and fixed Drew's collar.

"Dude you really need to learn to take care of yourself. Some day I won't be here to straighten your collar."

"It looked straight to me."

"Nothings straight in this society!" Harper said throwing her hands in the air. Scar and Drew both laughed.

Their gazes met and they both stopped. Scar looked down and so did Drew, both of them hiding blushes.

"Aww..." Harper said. Drew looked up at her. "Maybe there are some straight things in this world..."

Scar bit her lip. Drew cocked his head at her. His heart pounded, wondering if he was seated in front of an illegal straight girl.

"Awkward..." Harper whispered.

"I'm going to go to the restroom..." Scar said getting up. Drew felt bad. He didn't want her to feel uncomfortable.

Harper sighed. "Dang...I'm sorry."

"What?"

"She's probably going to leave..." Harper said leaning back and kicking her feet up.

"Do you just let her?" Drew frowned.

"Pretty much. I tried to stop her once but she almost killed me. Tip: When ever Scar's in a bad mood, let her be."

"That's a really good tip..." Drew said. He bit his lip. "So is she...you know..."

"I'm only telling you this because I trust you." Harper leaned in. "If you ever tell anyone, I will hunt you down and kill you...She's straight." Harper whispered.

Drew sat there, keeping his mouth shut. Harper eyed him carefully, then stood up.

"Drew..." Harper said, her voice tentative.

"Yeah?" Drew looked up at her.

"Nevermind...See you tomorrow." Harper left without another wors.

Drew sat there for a minute before getting up. He looked around for George, but he was gone. Drew went outside and saw that the truck was gone.

"George..." Drew muttered under his breath. He hoped George had gone home.

'What if he didn't...' Drew thought.
