Zane's POV:

Something about her makes me have...feelings. And not particularly comfortable feelings either. But, I just can't help falling for her. She's just...perfect.

It's a few days after the party, and Kawaii~Chan invited me over tonight. It seems fitting; we have been talking non-stop. Which everyone else finds unbelievable, since I'm not really the one to socialize. And they aren't wrong.

              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I find myself back at the same doorstep, my feet implanted into the mushy, muddy, snow. I knock on the door three times, just like before.
"Zane~Kun!" I hear as the door opens, before being launched at with a hug. I wrap my arms around the meifwa, and for the first time in awhile, hugging someone and liking it.
She pulls away, her hands still rest on my shoulders. She opens her mouth to talk, but is too excited and can't find the right words to say. So she smiles instead. I smile back, though my mask hides it.
~~~~~~~~~~~

I look around her room, her butterfly cutouts on the pastel blue painted walls. I see her white vanity, and her pink and white bedspread. Her pink circle rug on the ground. And her posters; A few of the posters have some animes, another has my little horsies, and a few other people that I don't recognize.

I set my black leather backpack down against the vanity, then look around again at my surroundings. I feel a breeze on me, and I look over to Kawaii~Chan. She has opened the window, making her see-through white curtains flow. She is half way out the window, looks back at me and reaches her hand out.

"Is this safe Kawaii~Chan...?" I ask hesitantly while reaching my hand out slowly.

"Of course Zane~Senpai! I do this all the time!" She giggles a bit. She grabs my hand and is out the window.

           ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I sit closely next to her on the side of the roof, facing the stunning sunset. I look at her.
"I've never seen a sunset like this..." I say in wonder at the beautiful colors.
"Really?"
"Heh...yea...my family went and saw them all the time but...being the child that I was, I missed out on lots of opportunities."
"You can call me...Nana..." She brings up quietly. I look at her, my eye brows wrinkled.
"W-what?"
"M-my name...my real name...it's Nana...." She says quietly, looking at me still.
I smile slightly, though she can't see it.
"It's beautiful..." I whisper.
"What is? The sunset?" She looks at the sunset then back at me, confused. I can notice that her voice is getting less squeaky the more that she talks to me.
"You. You're...you're beautiful Nana..." I say whisfully.
She smiles and blushes slightly.
"Why do you wear a mask?" She asks, somewhat nervously.
I chuckle slightly. "My freckles..."
"Freckles?" She giggles a little bit, "Why would you hide those?!"
"Eh...people teased me about it...so hiding it seemed like the best solution..." I explain, trying to not remember my school years.
"C-can I see?" She asks, most likely expecting to be declined. I nod. She reaches for my mask slowly then pulls it down. She smiles.
"They're cute." She giggles a bit.
"Yea...lots of people don't think so..."
"Well....I do..." She smiles brightly, staring into my eyes.
