It was a beautiful, sunny day.
So the family wanted a BBQ. . .
Cinnamon went everywhere with their daughter.
He never Left her

They did everything
Together
She was in the Garden playing with cinnamon
When her parents called her name . . .
Eager to eat she left cinnamon on
The ground and ran inside. . .
Now cinnamon would have run after her like a good dog If he was a real dog. . .
But he was just a toy, so he

About 45 minutes passed and the daughter came back
Calling cinnamons name, forgetting he couldn't respond.
But. . .
Even as a toy cinnamon barked back to her hoping she'd hear.
Then without warning, it started down pouring and her parents made her come inside.
She cried saying cinnamon was still out there. . .
They told her when it stops raining they can all look for cinnamon together. . .
The daughter reluctantly agreed and headed inside.
Cinnamon sat watching her go as the rain drops soaked into
His cotton, ruining his fur
The sun was setting and it was getting cold out,
But the rain hadn't let up at all. . .
So all night the little-stuffed Boxer sat in the lonely garden
drenched, cold, and afraid of what lurked in the shadows. . .
Sometime in the night the rain stopped
And the sun peaked over the Horizon
The daughter came sprinting out
Of the house and Looked everywhere for her Boxer. . .
In just a few minutes she
Was back at the garden
The moment her
Feet hit the dirt she say him

Soaked to the bone and flat. . .
CINNAMON!
She cried out and sprinted to him. . .
Picked him up and brought him inside to d r y. . .
From then on she never placed or left cinnamon
Alone...
