I Accidentally Fell For Him.

Overwhelmed

I really needed a nap, so I took the opportunity of taking one while I was finally home alone. Unfortunately for me, my mind was racing. So much had happened today it was overwhelming. 

I thought a lot about the incident, how could someone, especailly a high school boy, be sleathly enough as to be able to crawl through the vents to dump baby powder in a class room and not get caught. i mean come on! The teacher had to atleast be a litlle bit curious as to who could have completed this task. It's unbelievable. I mean I don't even know if I could have pulled it off. It was pretty sly, although I would never admit that aloud. It's just too irresponsible. 

Eventually I was able to doze off.

A few hours later I awoke. My parents had not yet yeached home. Neither had Ben, he's my younger brother who's only 14, you know how young boys are. But it was 5:30 so it was strange that he wasn't home. But I didn't worry too much. That's when I remebered that It was Friday and he went to Jake's house.  So I was all set with no worry. 

I felt refreshed. Almost like it eas a new day. The nap really cleared my head. I still wanted to know who caused the trouble earlier. But I decided to not let it bother me. For now any way. I didn't want it to. Then my tummy growled. Man was I hungry.

I finally decided to make some dinner. Sweet and sour chicken, yum! That's what I wanted. So I made it, and scarfed it down. I was delishous. That really hit the spot!!

It was time to relax, I knew what that meant, Time to play the Wii!!  How about a little Guitar Hero! That's right, even I play GH. Yes, I am on expert believe it or not, I kick butt too!! I played Rebel Yell by Billy Idol, and Spiderwebs by No Doubt. Then to top it off, The Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor. I killed it. Nothing like GH to take your mind off everything. But I didn't really want to play anymore.

It's Friday, so not really any good shows were on, So I watched That 70's Show. One of the best ever may I add. Fez is hilarious. He cracks me up. I was so into the show it was unbelievable, it's so weird how into a show you can get. When the door unlocked and my parents walked in. Or should I say parent, that freaked me out. Only my mom walked in and it was not In a good way either. she looked drunk. Scratch that, she was drunk. She tried to say "Hey Macy" but it came out slurred. Then in walked my dad bringing in mom's stuff. He knew she was drunk, but atleast he drove her and she didn't drive drunk, that's all I can ask for.  

My mom went upstairs, dad set mom's stuff down and plopped down next to me on the couch. I asked him if he picked mom up at the bar again, unfortunately the answer was yes. My mom's notorious for sneaking off to the bar after work to drink her stress away. it's not good, but believe it or not, she's gotten better. My dad and I are trying to help her quit, but today she just broke. That's terrible. But atleast she is unharmed. 

I heard a crash upstairs, but I just figured it was mom, and I was right. When dad and I reached her we found she had just broken a vase because she tripped. Typical when you are drunk. We cleaned it up and got her in bed, boy, was it a long day. So much was going on it was ridiculous. I was tired, even though I had taken a nap about 5 hours ago. It was just a tiring day. we all have one of those. 

But I won't forget that on Monday, I have some investigating to do.

 Saturday. Saturday, Yes, it's a Saturday afternoon and I have absolutely nothing to do. Is that wrong? I mean it's amazingly gorgeous outside. 84 degrees, sun shinning no clouds. And yet, I have no plans. I know, I'll call Lexi! It's been a long time since I've been to her house. Lexi is my best friend. Her name is actually Alexa, but she insists I call her Lexi... She is amazing, she's exactly like me in every way and I trust her completely enough that  she knows my secret......

"Hello?'' 

"Hiya Lexi"

"What do you want Mace.?"

"Haha, very funny you know I hate that name. Anyway can we hang out today? I'm freeeeee."

"When do I ever say no Macy?!  Of course we'll hang out! When and where do you want to go?"

"Ummmhh Mall. In 20? OK?"

"OK. Bye."

"Bye."

I know what you are thinking, we have great conversations. But that's just the way we are. After I hung up I jumped in the shower, got dressed, straightened my hair, then grabbed my purse and left. OUCH! My car seat was really hot. Damn sun. 

When I got to the car I immediately saw Lexi. But then again, how could I not? She was like a giant glow stick with her bright white pants and lime green tube top. It hurt my eyes. I ran up to her and we linked arms the took off to explore the mall! We went to Journeys, Forever XII and Claires. And who can forget Aeropostale, American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister? I even went into Hot Topic. It was a day for exploring! I really enjoyed my day with Lexi. It felt good to relax and not have to worry about anything, that is untill I get back to school, then here comes all the worry. But for now I'm just going to forget about all of that.

It was about 8 o'clock when we left the mall. After that I just decided to spend the night at Lexi's; I mean who knows if my mom was drunk again. Her and dad went out again. Lexi and I stayed up till like 4 in the morning pigging out on ice cream and watching movies. I haven't had a night like this in a while and it felt nice just to be goofing off. I really need to stop being so serious all the time. I'm a real stickler and that's going to change.
