Chapter 8.

Jc's Pov

I had woken up with the worst headache, and my body hurt. I woke up on my living room floor, I got up slowly, getting extremely dizzy as I did. I hadn't remember anything from the night before, I searched for phone until I found it, these messages from Kian flooded my screen. They continued too as I unlocked it.

"I have Jaylyn, just like you asked. She ate right now." 6:23p.m

"She's asleep." 7:00p.m

"I hope you're okay, once again I'm sorry. There's no reason to forgive me, but just know I love you." 8:50p.m

"God I'm so sorry, I promise I'll do anything to make it up too you." 10:23p.m

"Baby you're always on my mind, text me." 12:34p.m

"I miss you jayseee and you're curly hair. I just wanna bury you're face in kisses." 1:34a.m

"Jayseeee, baby. I'm drunk, on our love. Haha got ya. (;" 3:00a.m

"Okay maybe a lil drunk papi, or daddy. Which ever one you want." 4:12a.m

"Good night, love you too the moon and back, I'll be dreamin of you (:" 4:54a.m

"Dropped her off at school. Washed her clothes and let her borrow a jacket. She's probably going to keep it. It's all yours, if she gives it too you. (;" 7:30a.m

As I read the messages I had become extremely confused, but I felt angry at the same time. He must've done something, and I'll remember soon. Hopefully. I began to wash up, I took a quick shower and saw a lot of dried up blood wash down the drain, after I got out of the shower I saw that I had hit my head too hard at some point in the night.

I got dressed and drove to school, blasting music the whole way there, I had gotten to school and made sure I avoided Kian at all costs, I wanted to know what he had done. I looked around and saw Connor talking to Andrea, I smiled and ran over to them.

"Hey guys."

I smiled and hugged both of them, "glad to see you're okay." Connor said immediately after, Andrea agreeing with him. "What happened yesterday, I barely remember?" I said confused.
"Kian's a liar I'm guessing, he told the athletic directors that he never cared about you and that your a fag and a bunch of other wrong things. He said he was never involved with you then kissed another girl." Connor said it slowly and sadly, holding my hand and giving it a right squeeze. Suddenly everything came back to me and I felt so angry again, I think Connor felt me tense up and he smiled and pulled me in for a hug.
"You're going to be okay, at least you will be. Stick with me, I got your back." Connor rubbed my back, breaking the eye contact.

"Oh I'm having a party tomorrow, you need to come! Everyone's going to be there!" Andrea chirped, "my house, 8 o clock on the dot." I nodded, giving her the thumbs up that I'll go. I got to my first class, I walked in and saw Kian's gaze switch to me, he looked extremely hopeful. I took a seat next to him and he looked at me as if he was waiting for something.

"If you're waiting for a thank you, thanks for helping with my sister. But we're done." I said, not making eye contact with him. A small gasp escaped his lips and he looked down sadly.

"I understand." He said quietly, "please Jc. I can't lose you." Kian said quietly, trying to get closer to me. "Did you not here what I just said!" I raised my voice a bit louder and received a few ugly looks.
"Fine, i could get anyone I want." Kian scoffed.

"Anyone want you want? What about someone you need? That's me."
I smirked, giving him an ugly look after.

A few hours later lunch rolled by, I dreaded this day so badly. I just wanted to get it over with.

Kian's Pov

It was time for lunch and I had never felt worse at this point. I walked in and sat at the usual table, no matter what we any of us did wrong we never turned our back on each other and I loved that. Dom came later and sat next to me, throwing his tray down.

"How are you doing?" He whispered in my ear again, pressing his lips against it.

"Not in the mood Dom." I said rudely, shaking him off. "Okay okay." He grinned, putting his hands up on defense, I looked up and saw Jc sit down with Connor trailing after him.
Connor wanted to be with Jc ever since he met him, Connor was such a good boyfriend, I dated him at one time but I pushed it to the back of my mind because it was when I was experimenting.

Connor was still so angry at me for leaving and this was his way to get me back. Jc would love Connor if he just gave him a chance. And I really hoped that wouldn't happen. I stopped day dreaming once I heard Andrea trying to talk to the group.

"Okay so all of you are going to my party right?" Andrea smiled widely, all of us cheered loudly and smiled back at her. We loved her so much, even though she was kind of all over the place she was still there for all of us. The mom of the group had to be Franny, she always kept us in our place and if any of us were fighting she wouldn't let it last long.

I sat there talking to Dom about what we should bring to the party when I looked over to Connor and Jc, Jc had his head on Connors  shoulder and Connor was tracing Jc's tattoos on his arm as Jc tried to sleep. Maybe Jc would give Connor a chance. I messed up my chance with Jc, and I had to get over it. It was all my fault.

I shook my head as the bell rang for it to be over, waking Jc up abruptly, making the whole table snicker. He rolled his eyes and smirked before getting up along with the rest of us. The rest of the day was a blur until athletics again, next week was the dodgeball tournament and we had to pick our teams and practice a few times. Everyone got to athletics and the intercom called out the other people who were joining the teams.

Everyone got to athletics and the intercom called out the other people who were joining the teams. There were eight on each team, Jc and Kian being the team captains.

On Jc's team there was Franny, Corey, Connor, Ethan, Grayson, Ricky, Joey, Daniel, and Bethany.

On Kian's team there was Andrea, Dom, Bobby, Romeo, Tana, Harrison, Troye, Sam, and Ryan.

The teams set up on each side of the gym, tape was out across the middle so they knew where the couldn't cross. Five balls were put along the tape and the whistle was blown, it was just practice runs so no one took it seriously. Everyone was just messing around but when they got hit they had to get out, Kian had leaned over to get a ball and looked up and a ball hit him straight in the face. Jc was the one guilty of the throw, he stood there laughing as Kian got out, holding his hand over his left eye. This made Jc's whole team cheer, forgetting about the others as they all got out.

It was after school already and Kian slowly walked out the front doors of school and pulled out his phone, he watched a Jc and Connor stopped right next to him, oblivious towards him.
"Come to my place okay? I need to talk to you." Connor said quietly, grabbing Jc's hand. This made Kian extremely upset, "just talk that's it?" Jc asked, a hint of lust in his voice.
"Definitely not." Connor said excitedly. Kian felt his heart fall to the floor and break as he heard those words. He pulled out his phone and texted Dom.

"Sorry for being rude earlier bby, you and me at my house in 30mins (; xx" Kian sent the text and put his phone in his pocket, not looking
back as he walked towards his car.
Heartbreak following after him.
