Chang leads us down the hallway with my hands rubbing together nervously. We're heading to the one room that Chang somehow successfully trapped the Askea inside, and we're going to ask it... Him. Questions.
"How do you know the Askea just won't kill us on spot?" Liam asks nervously and Chang rolls his eyes.
"The room is made out of Rombust."
"Rombust?" Alex asks confusingly and Chang grins as we make it to the end of the second floor hallway.
"It's a type of metal that's used as a type of poison. For all creatures that fall into the fairy and or nymph category."
"... How and why would you want a room filled with Rombust?" Arina asks with squinted eyes and Chang shrugs.
"I have a past with fairies alright? Don't question my antics."
He takes a key out of his front pocket, flipping through them all until he comes to a green painted one and unlocks the door. But before he opens it, he turns to us. He gives a cold stare.
"Do not exit the barrier. Do you understand?"
"Barrier?" Alex asks and Chang glances to her with a shrug.
"It's just what I call it. It's really just a glass barrier with a door on the side. Beyond it holds the Askea, who could be feeling angry but I wouldn't know. So stay behind the glass, yes?"
We all nod silently and Chang opens the door with a sigh.
"Good, you're still awake!" He yells as we all enter the small rectangular sized control room, and just beyond it is the Rombust filled room, where the Askea sits calmly.
He's tied up in a chair in the middle of room, looking deathly calm yet pale. Sweat shines on his forehead and his breaths come I small bursts.
"Is he alright...?" I ask nervously and Chang rolls his eyes again, taking out his pipe from his back pocket and lighting it.
"He's been trying to use his powers for the past three hours," He responds, sighing and letting the smoke drift from his lips.
"It's no use though. Especially with this much Rombust in the room."
He shrugs, pressing a button which lights up queen.
"Are you willing to speak yet? Or are you just going continue to be a prick?"
"Chang," Liam mumbles warningly and Chang let's out a loud huff.
"I've tried being nice, but I just get scoffed at!"
Arina rolls her eyes, pushing through us and walking to the microphone.
"What's your name?" She asks sharply and the Askea's eyes switch to her sharply.
A mischievous glance glints in his eyes and he smirks.
"What's yours?"
Arina rolls her eyes.
"I don't have time for this. I asked you first, therefore you respond with an answer. Is it really that hard to comprehend or do I have to repeat myself much slower?"
The Askea rolls his blue eyes.
"You're no fun. My name is Mitch."
"Mitch? Now that's a name I haven't heard for years," Chang states with another puff from his pipe and Arina bristles.
"Chang. Shut up please."
He doesn't respond to that, glaring and Arina turns to us.
"We got a name..."
